厨柜电器一体化的研究

摘要
本文剖析了现代整体厨柜行业的现状及存在的问题,在厨柜和厨房电器分别在各自的领域向标准化、系列化方向发展的形势下,提出了如何把厨柜和厨房电器完美地结合起来,实现厨柜电器的一体化,这不仅具有重要的理论价值,同时也具有非常重要的现实意义。
本文以厨柜和厨房电器的一体化设计为研究对象,运用归纳比较的研究方法,分析了国内外厨柜电器一体化的相关理论研究基础及其存在的问题；提出了厨柜电器要实现一体化必须坚持实用化、艺术化、安全化、环保化和人性化等设计原则；分别从设计规划、安装工艺和服务层面上对实现厨柜电器一体化提出了具体要求：设计师应依据用户需求、生产工艺、人体工学及厨房电器配套进行一体化设计；在安装工艺上应确保厨柜与家电完美融合,又使其功能部件能止常有效地运转；在服务层面上,厨柜和厨房电器企业应为消费者提供一站式的一体化服务模式。
具体探讨了实现厨柜和厨房电器一体化的方法——应从厨柜电器的功能、外观样式、尺度和结构等几个方面来实现厨柜电器的一体化：首先从整体厨柜的物质功能和精神功能入手,通过整体厨柜的不同功能布局,厨柜电器的智能化、网络化和数字化,厨柜自身标准化模块配置以及与其关联的电器产品的兼容性等方面,探讨了如何实现厨柜电器的功能一体化；又从形态、色彩和风格三个方面分别考察了厨柜设计的相关理论以及在此基础上如何实现厨柜和电器外观的协调统一；通过对厨柜的标准尺寸模数、厨房电器尺寸及其相关柜体尺寸的标准化分析,以及厨柜电器二者的尺寸标准统一及相互配合的原则,和厨柜电器在尺寸上采取模数相互协调的方法来实现厨柜电器的尺度一体化；最后结合整体厨柜的结构特点及结构设计要求,从与电器不相关联的厨柜结构和与电器相关联的厨柜结构几个方面分析了厨柜和电器在结构上实现一体化的手段。
This paper analyzed the current situation and problems of the modern integrative kitchen cabinet industry,proposed the question of how to combine the kitchen cabinets and kitchen electrical appliances seamlessly to achieve the integration of them,going along with the kitchen cabinets and kitchen appliances in their respective areas'direction of the development of the standardization and serialization,not only had important theoretical value,but also had very important practical significance.
This paper studied the integration of kitchen cabinets and kitchen electrical appliances, applied the methods of induction and comparison, analyzed the related based theory and problems of the integration of kitchen cabinets and electrical appliances at home and abroad; put forward kitchen cabinets and electrical appliances must adhere to the practical,artistic,safe,environmentally-friendly,and user-friendly design principles in order to achieve integration,recommended specific requirements for achieving the integration of the kitchen cabinets and electrical appliances from design planning, installation processes and services:designers should be based on user's needs, production technology,ergonomics and kitchen electrical appliances' matching to achieve the integration of design;in the installation process should be to ensure that the kitchen cabinets and electrical appliances realize perfect fusion,and its features blend the normal functioning effectively;in the service level,kitchen cabinets and kitchen electrical appliances enterprises should provide consumers with a one-stop integrative service delivery model.
This paper proposed specific requirements for achieving the integration of kitchen cabinets and electrical appliances from the design,installation and service level respectively; specifically elaborated the methods of the integration of kitchen cabinets and kitchen electrical appliances from the function,the appearance of style,the scale and structure of them:Firstly,starting with the mental and material function of integrative kitchen cabinets,through the different overall function layout of kitchen cabinets, kitchen cabinets'intelligence, networking and digitization, kitchen cabinets's standardization of module to configure of their own,and electrical appliances associated with the compatibility of kitchen cabinets, to explore how to achieve the functions of the integsration of electrical appliances and kitchen cabinets; Then from the shape,color and style inspected the kitchen cabinets design theory as well as on the basis of how to achieve the appearance of kitchen cabinets and appliances harmonization respectively;through the standard modulus size of the kitchen cabinets,the size of kitchen appliances and the analysis of related cabinets' standardization of the size,as well as the size's standard uniform and the coordination principles of the electrical appliances and kitchen cabinets, and both of them taking the size of module co-ordinated methods to achieve the scale of integration of the electrical appliances and kitchen cabinets; Finally,according to the structural characteristics and structuraitcl design requirements of the integrative kitchen cabinets, through the kitchen cabinets'structures which not associated with electrical appliances and associated with them,analyzed the means of achieving integration of the kitchen cabinets and kichen appliances in the structure.
