分支水平井在冷42块的研究与应用

摘要
分支水平井技术是继水平井和分支井之后的一项新技术,具有广阔的发展前景。研究基于对分支水平井的理论研究、室内实验研究、现场试验研究、工程技术研究以及分支水平井在冷42块的应用状况的调研,归纳了分支水平井的主要类型,特点,综述了分支水平井的技术现状和进展。
     通过分析辽河油田冷42块分支水平井的应用状况和开发效果,归纳总结了分支水平井的适用条件以及在理论研究和现场应用方面存在的问题和局限性,基于对分支水平井理论研究状况,实验研究状况,现场实验研究状况,技术研究状况等的调研,归纳了分支水平井的类型,特点,增产机理,工程设计原则以及钻完井关键工艺技术,产能计算预测技术,生产工艺技术等,针对辽河油田冷42区块分支水平井应用情况做了大量现场应用调研,分析了分支水平井技术的适用性和局限性,以及在研究和应用中存在的问题和局限性,并对发展方向和前景进行了预测,为分支水平井技术的研究提供了理论依据和指导作用。
     分支水平井在开发水锥造成的死油区和阁楼油、透镜体油气藏,薄层油气藏,低压低渗透油藏,“水上漂”油藏,高粘度稠油油藏,渗透率不同需水驱的储层,高定向渗透性储层,有多组天然裂缝的油气藏,致密砂岩油气,自然沥青油藏,挖掘剩余油等方面取得了显著的效果,已成为油气田开发的一种重要的先进技术,将得到越来越广泛的应用。
The multilateral horizontal well technology is a new technology following the horizontal well and branch well, has broad development prospects. The research based on to the branch horizontal well's fundamental research, the laboratory experiment studies, the field test research, the engineering technology research as well as the branch horizontal well in the LENG 42 application condition investigation and study, has induced the branch horizontal well predominant type, the characteristic, summarized the branch horizontal well technical aspect and the progress. through analyzed the Liaohe oil field LENG 42 branch horizontal well the application condition and the development effect, summarized the branch horizontal well suitable condition as well as the question which and the limitation existed in the fundamental research and the field application aspect, based on to the branch horizontal well fundamental research condition, the experimental study condition, the scene experimental study condition, the engineering research condition and so on investigation and study, has induced the branch horizontal well type, the characteristic, increased production the mechanism, the engineering design principle as well as drills the well completion essential processing technology, produced can calculate the forecasting technology, the technique of production technology and so on, has made the massive field application investigation and study in view of the Liaohe oil field LENG 42 sub-area branch horizontal well application situation, the analysis The branch horizontal well technology's serviceability and the limitation, as well as in studied the question which and the limitation and in the application existed, and has carried on the forecast to the development direction and the prospect, has provided the theory basis and the instruction function for the branch horizontal well technology's research. the branch horizontal well the dead area which and the garret oil, the lens oil gas pool creates in the development water cone, the thin layer oil gas pool, pulls down the seepage oil deposit lowly,“aquatic floats”the oil deposit, the macro viscosity thick oil deposit, the penetration coefficient needs the water drive differently the reservoir, the high directionally permeable reservoir, has many group of intrinsic fracture oil gas pools, the compact sandstone oil gas, the natural asphalt oil deposit, aspects and so on excavation remaining oil have made the remarkable progress, has become the oil-gas field development one kind of important vanguard technology, will obtain more and more widespread application.
