东南亚华人投资中国大陆的原因浅析（1978-2000）

摘要
1978-2000年东南亚华人对中国的投资出现了飞跃式的发展，不仅在数量而且在质量上都有较大提高，其对华投资具有非常明显的特点，反映了东南亚华人对华投资的热情和积极性。
华人对华投资受制于东南亚国家的经济发展水平和经济发展战略，在增强经济实力以后，积极参与世界经济循环促进对外投资，是东南亚国家发展积极对华经济关系的重要原因。
华人自身的经济实力是其进入中国投资的基础，华人企业抓住东南亚国家经济发展战略带来的机遇和世界经济调整的机会，发展和壮大自己；并利用中国的改革开放带来的有利时机和血缘上联系，积极投资中国，获得进一步发展和壮大自己的机会。
中国政府在对新中国成立以后对外经济政策反思的基础上，积极制定有效的吸引外资的政策，并对外资的流入和投向进行积极引导，使双方实现双赢，促进东南亚华资的进入。
国际关系的调整，和平与发展的世界主题，为各国加强经济联系创造了良好的外部环境，以经济和科技为核心的综合国力竞争，促进各国淡化意识形态，重视经济的合作，进一步加强各国之间的经济联系，促进了华人资本进入中国。
The investment of Southeast Asia oversea Chinese invested in China expanded rapidly from 1978 to 2000. It's quality improved very much also. The investment, with distinct characteristics, showed passion and enthusiasm of Southeast Asia oversea Chinese who invested in China.
The investment of Southeast Asia Chinese invested in China mainland was restricted by the level of Southeast countries' economic development and their economic strategy. After their economic strength become stronger, they joined the cycle of world economy and invested in foreign countries actively. This was the important reason for the Southeast countries developed the economic relation with China enthusiastically.
Economic strength was the basics of the investment of the oversea Chinese of Southeast in China. They made full use of favorable chances caused by Southeast Asia countries' economic strategy and world economic adjustment to develop their economy; and made full use of China's reformation and open-door policies for getting more chances and the Chinese consanguinity relation to invest in China.
Chinese government re-considered her own foreign capital policy implemented from 1949 to 1978, and established more efficient policy to attract foreign capital, and offered practical guidance to the capital of the oversea Chinese of Southeast Asia to make both sides win to win and to promote much more capital of Southeast Asia oversea Chinese to flow into China.
The adjustment of international relations, the trend of peace and development of the world caused a good external circumstances for close economic relations among countries, and for the oversea Chinese of Southeast Asia to invest their capital in China.
