生物质流化床气化实验与建模研究

摘要
生物质气化技术,是开发利用生物质能的一个重要分支。由于化石燃料的枯竭和生态平衡的要求,近年来国际上又重视用热化学方法把生物质转化为高质量燃料,各方面的研究发展十分迅速。据此对生物质进行气化实验和气化过程的建模研究具有实际意义。本论文完成的主要工作如下:(1)查阅了国内外大量相关的文献资料,深入分析了生物质气化过程的机理。(2)在鼓泡流化床生物质气化反应器内,以空气为气化介质,对木屑进行了常压气化实验研究。(3)基于热化学平衡机理,建立了一种气化过程的平衡模型,通过模拟计算对影响气化过程性能指标的不同因素做了分析。
Biomass gasification technology is an important branch of the development and utilization of biomass energy. Because of the depletion of fossil fuels and ecological balance requirements, in recent years, the international community has attached importance to using thermo-chemical way to get high-quality biomass into fuel. In short, the discussion and research on modeling and parameter optimization has important significance for the development of the characteristics of biomass gasification and modeling. The main work is as follows:(1)Mechanism analysis is completed by looking up literature domestic and abroad.(2)Biomass(sawdust)gasification with air of the atmospheric pressure in the bubbling fluidized bed biomass gasification bed.(3)The equilibrium model is built based on thermo-chemical equilibrium mechanism. Sensitivity studies and parameter optimization on biomass gasification are completed.
