中低压配电网线损计算方法与降损措施的研究

摘要
线损是电力网电能损耗的简称,是供电企业一项重要的技术经济指标。随着我国电力体制改革的进一步深化,如何在新的市场体系和电价机制之下,有效降低电网电能损耗、提高企业经济效益,是各级电力企业迫切需要解决的共同问题。
     为进一步降低和控制线损率,加强线损管理必须要求更加精确计算配电网的理论线损及网络中的分布,为配电网的安全经济运行提供参考。
     本文通过调查分析许昌县电业局中低压配电网现状、存在的问题,在研究配电网线损理论计算原理和基本方法的基础上,开展了许昌县电业局配电网线损理论计算的实施工作,并对配电网线损理论计算结果进行分析,找出其中的问题和薄弱环节,对其降损节能措施进行了研究。
     线损是电能以热能和电晕的形式消失于电网元件的周围空间,是一种自然的物理现象,是不可避免的部分。但是,线损电量中还有可以避免不合理的部分。因此,可以采取适当措施,降低到合理值范围内。
     为了做好降损节能工作,真正取得满意的效果,本文结合许昌县电业局线损理论计算结果,研究了降损节能的措施方案、降低配电网线损的技术措施及原理、降低配电网线损的管理措施。
     实践证明,对配电网进行必要的无功补偿是供电企业节能降耗的重要技术方法,节能效果显著。本文结合许昌县电业局配电网实际情况,提出无功补偿的典型技术方案及实际应用情况。
Line loss is a short of electric power losses, it is an important technical and economic indicators of power supply enterprise. With the further deepening of China's electric power system and the new market system and the price mechanism, how to effectively reduce line loss and improve economic efficiency of enterprises is an urgent need to address common problems for the companies of electric power at all levels.
     To further reduce and control the line loss rate, strengthening the line loss management require a more accurate calculation of the theoretical line losses of distribution network, the results can provide reference for the safe and economic operation of distribution.
     This article analyse the distribution network and the existing problems in Xuchang County Electric Power Bureau, research with line loss calculation principles and basic methods to carry out line loss theoretical calculation and analysis.We found the problems and weaknesses,and studied the measures to reduce line loss.
     Line loss is the electricity to heat and corona in the form disappear in the space surrounding the grid components.Line loss is an inevitable natural physical phenomena. However, we can avoid irrational part in the line loss. Therefore, we may take appropriate measures to reduce the line loss.
     Order to carry out the work on energy-saving and achieve satisfactory results, this article study the energy-saving measures from the program , technical and management aspects,with the help of Line Loss theoretical calculation of Xuchang County Electric Power Bureau.
     Practice has proved that the reactive power compensation for the distribution network is an important energy-saving technical methods, energy-saving results are obvious.With the actual situation of Xuchang County Electric Power Bureau distribution network,this article presents reactive power compensation of the typical technical solutions and practical applications.
