模糊变频恒压控制系统的研究

摘要
模糊恒压控制系统是应用单片机实时控制,采用模糊控制技术,实现小区供水快速的、可靠的、自动的恒压控制系统。该系统集计算机、电子技术于一体,不但解决了目前城市供水系统和小区高楼供水中,水泵一直高速转动所带来的电能浪费的问题,而且也克服了传统的供水系统响应时间长,变频速度慢,占地面积大,投资大等缺点,为实时恒压供水提供了一种实用的方法。
     本文介绍了模糊恒压控制系统的结构、工作原理及其软件的设计思想,并详细阐述了有关的模糊控制原理和串口控件VB以及变频调速技术。
The fuzzy control system for constant pressure is a kind of automatically control system which applied single-chip microcomputer real-time control and fuzzy control tecnology to realize high speed, high reliability and automatically constant pressure control. The system simultaneously used the technique of computer, electron as well as single-chip microcomputer, and solved the key problem brought about by the pump's high speed revolving all the time.That is, the electrical energy's waste,which existed in the water supply system of the city and the high building.At the same time overcome the shortcomimg of long reaction time of the traditional water supply system ,varied frequency at low speed,made use of large area,and consume a lot. The study provided a practical method for constant pressure water supply.
    The paper has introduced the fuzzy control system's structure, working principle and design idea for software, At the same time,the technique of fuzzy control principle associated and serial port active VB as well as variable velocity variable frequency is expounded.
