长运距、大倾角、高强度带式输送机的研究

摘要
随着带式输送机在煤矿、码头、电厂等地方的使用越来越广泛,对运输能力大,运距长,倾角大的皮带机的需求也越来越多,更要求他们安全可靠,自动化程度高经营费用低,从而节约基建投资。
     本文针对长运距、大倾角、高强度带式输送机设计过程中存在的问题,从四个方面对大倾角带式输送机进行分析研究:
     从理论上解析大倾角带式输送机的计算过程,从大倾角带式输送机的理论入手,详细计算物料的横截面面积、圆周力、滚筒轴功率和电机功率,利用逐点计算法计算各个滚筒的合张力以及传动滚筒的扭距,计算出胶带的最大张力和最大逆止力矩,给长运距、大倾角皮带机在煤矿井下的使用给予理论上的支持。
     对部件的结构提出具体的设计思路,从驱动装置入手,引进了机电液一体化的可控启动传输(CST),它既能实现皮带机软启动,又能很好的保证电动机的功率平衡,在皮带机的中间部分的承载段,设置了有4个托辊的深槽型托辊组,对提高物料对胶带的摩擦力,提高运输倾角有很大的作用。在逆止器的设计过程中,采用2个逆止器,要求每1台都能独立完成逆止性能,提高了皮带机的安全性。以保证大倾角皮带机的安全运行。
     通过在汾西矿务局双柳煤矿主斜井大倾角、高强度带式输送机的使用,表明长运距、大倾角、高强度皮带机的理论计算和部件设计的合理性。
With the more and more application of belt conveyor in coal mine, wharf, power station and other places, the needs for belt conveyor with super-long distance, high angle and high strength are more increasing, furthermore they are wanted to be safe and reliable, high automaticity, low operational expenses, in order to save the investment of fundamental construction.
     This paper research on the problems in the designing process of the belt conveyor with super-long distance, high angle and high strength from 4 aspects.
     Analyzing the calculating process of belt conveyor with high angle theoretically, starting from its theoretic calculate the cross sectional area of materials and peripheral force, shaft power of drum, power of motor, using point by point method to get the resultant strain of every drum and torsion of driving drum, calculating the maximum strain and the maximum reverse stopping torque, to give the support on theory for using belt conveyor with super-long distance, high angle under the coal mine.
     The specific designing ideas for structure of the parts are put forward, and start with driving equipment, hydromechatronics Controllable Starting Transmit (CST) is introduced, which not only can achieve flexible start-up of belt conveyor, but also can better guarantee the balance of motor power. There is a deep groove rollers with 4 carrier roller in the middle loading line of belt conveyor, this play an important role in enhancing the friction that the material give to the belt and advancing carriage dip. In the designing process of backstops, there are 2 backstops which required to complete the principle of the backstop independently are employed, in this case the capacity of security is advanced, in order to insure the belt conveyor with high angle runs safely.
     After using the super-long distance and high angle belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft of SHUANG LIU coal mine of FEN XI mining bureau, it shows that the theoretical calculation and structure design of belt conveyor with super-long distance, high angle and high strength are reasonable.
