补髓生血颗粒治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床观察研究
摘要
为验证补髓生血颗粒治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(chronic
aplastic anemia，简称慢性再障，CAA)的疗效，比较补髓生血颗粒与再障生血片的疗效及外周血象、骨髓象和贫血程度的差异，本研究对62例CAA患者进行了观察研究。
结果表明，补髓生血颗粒能明显提高外周血血红蛋白、白细胞、血小板、网织红细胞和嗜中性粒细胞水平和降低淋巴细胞水平，提高骨髓增生度，降低非造血细胞百分比，减轻CAA患者的贫血程度，与疗前相比有显著差异或非常显著差异(P＜0.05，P＜0.01)。补髓生血颗粒治疗CAA的有效率为78.13％，优于再障生血片的有效率53.33％(P＜0.05)。
本研究还观察了CAA肾阳虚型和肾阴虚型患者治疗前后贫血程度、骨髓象和外周血象的变化情况以及疗效情况，结果发现治疗后除了血小板水平两型相比无显著差异(P＞0.05)外，其余指标两型相比均有显著差异(P均＜0.05)，从而在一定程度上验证了中医“阳虚易治，阴虚难调”这一理论的正确性。
For testing the effects of Marrow-supplementing and Blood-engendering Granule (MSABSEG) working on CAA and the difference between Marrow-supplementing and Blood-engendering Granule (MSABSEG) and Aplastic Anemia Blood-engendering tablet (AABET), 62 CAA patients' peripheral hemogram, myelogram and anemia degree before and after treatment were compared in this experience.
