辽宁省旅游投资环境评价
摘要
旅游投资环境研究是对旅游业投资环境进行分析研究,是为投资旅游业决策提供科学依据的过程,是投资旅游业前的重要准备工作。本文运用定量分析与定性分析结合的方法,通过与全国各省市旅游投资环境的对比分析,对辽宁省的旅游投资环境情况进行了评价研究,在此基础上,对辽宁省各地区的旅游投资环境进行类型划分。并探寻改善其旅游投资环境的对策。
文章分三大部分对辽宁省旅游投资环境进行评价:
第一部分(第一、二章):本部分首先阐述了研究背景、目的和意义并构架了全文的写作框架。然后论述了旅游投资环境评价的理论,回顾了国内外相关的研究进展,并对研究方法作了一定的归纳总结。
第二部分(第三章):本部分先就辽宁省旅游投资环境的一般要素:自然地理环境、区位条件、基础设施、经济环境、社会文化环境逐一进行定性分析。然后针对辽宁省旅游投资环境专项要素:旅游资源条件、旅游市场、旅游业发展进行定性分析。
第三部分(第四、第五章):本部分分别构建了两套旅游投资环境评价体系,运用因子分析法和多指标综合评价法计算出辽宁省在全国旅游投资环境排名和辽宁省各地级市的旅游投资环境等级,并对各个城市进行简单点评。
第四部分(第六章):本部分结合实际,提出优化辽宁旅游投资环境的对策与措施。

Third part (chap4&chap5): This part has separately constructed macroscopic, the microscopic traveling investment environment appraisal system, calculates Liaoning Province using the factor analytic method and the multi- targets synthesis appraisal law in the national traveling investment environment place with the Liaoning Province each place level city traveling investment environment rank, and carries on the simple review to each city.
Fourth part (chap6): This part of unions reality, proposed optimizes Liaoning to travel the investment environment countermeasure and the measure.
