摘要
电信运营支撑系统涉及计算机软件技术和通信技术两个学科领域,经过国内外不断的发展,目前已经发展到从理论研究为主过渡到以实用开发为主的阶段。
     电信软交换业务配置系统作为运营支撑系统的组成部分,是软交换网络运营过程中不可或缺的软件系统。利用先进的运营支撑技术,可以充分展示以软交换为核心的新型电信网络的技术优势,在提升电信运营水平的同时降低电信运营成本。
     本文主要讨论电信软交换业务配置系统的设计与实现问题。论文首先结合软交换业务配置的需求特征,研究TOM模型中对业务配置系统的功能定位,提出了软交换业务配置系统的总体框架。该框架既考虑到满足四川联通“新纪网”软交换业务配置系统的特定需求,又考虑到满足软交换业务配置的一般需要。
     其次,从软交换开放式业务体系结构特点出发,通过对软交换业务及其配置过程进行分析,本文提出了对软交换配置过程进行管理的软件实现方法。在用户端设备配置过程管理中,对用户接入软交换网络的方式、用户端设备以及设备的配置过程进行了研究,实现了对设备安装过程与配置过程进行统一化管理。
     为了解决软交换配置与用户端设备配置中自动配置过程与手动配置过程的协调一致问题,本文将工作流管理技术引入软交换业务配置系统。分析设计了该业务配置系统的工作流过程定义,并且对工作流管理实现给予了描述。
     最后,论文对CORBA分布式组件技术进行介绍,完成了软交换业务配置系统进行面向组件编程的设计和实现,对其中的数据库访问组件的实现过程进行了较为详细的描述。
Telecommunication Operation Support System (OSS) involves the technology in the fields of computer software and communication. After many years of development in international and domestic, the telecommunication OSS has been enhanced into a phase of utility development from the phase of theory researching.
    The Telecommunication Softswitch Service Provisioning System (TSSPS), as a component of OSS, is a necessary and critical software system. The technology advantage of this innovative telecommunication network with the core of Softswitch has been fully displayed by applying the advanced operation support technology. The technology enhances the level of telecommunication operation while decreases the cost.
    This paper mostly discusses the designing and realizing of the TSSPS. Firstly,it proposes a global framework of TSSPS after analyzing the requirement character of Softswitch service provisioning and studying the function of TSSPS in TOM model. The specific requirement of Sichuan Unicom' s "Xinji Network" Softswitch provisioning system and the general requirement of Softswitch service provisioning system are all considered when designing this framework.
    Secondly, based on the feature of Softswitch' s open service architecture, the software implementation methods of managing the Softswitch provisioning process are proposed in this paper after analyzing the Softswitch service and the provisioning process. In the management of the user-end device configuration process, the way of accessing the Softswitch network by the user, user-end device and the configuration process of these devices have been researched, and the consolidated management of the installation process and configuration process of these devices has been implemented.

    process in the Softswitch provisioning and the user-end device configuring, the paper introduces the workflow management technology into the TSSPS, then analyzes and designes the workflow process definition of the service provisioning system, and also describes the implement of the workflow management.
    Finally, the CORBA distributed component technology is introduced in this paper, the TSSPS is designed and realized using the way of Component-Oriented Programming (COP). Wherein the details of the implementation process of the database access component are mainly described.
