基于Internet的质量管理信息系统研究

摘要
本文研究了基于分布制造环境下企业质量管理信息系统的管理内容、策略,提出了基于Internet上的质量管理模型,并对该模型各功能模块内容进行了详细的分析,同时探讨了Ⅱ-QIS与企业管理信息系统的关系,以及企业在应用质量管理信息系统应注意的问题。
     第一章介绍了企业质量管理信息系统的发展历程、研究现状、内容,以及其特点。并分析了基于企业内部网质量信息系统在其应用过程中出现的问题。
     第二章介绍了现代企业组织模式的发展对传统企业质量管理信息系统的挑战。包括虚拟企业、供应链管理,其企业质量管理活动与传统企业质量管理有很大的差别,质量管理的幅度增大,质量管理的对象增多,因此其质量管理信息系统必然与传统的质量信息系统有很大的差别。
     第三章提出扩展型企业模型,对其概念、组织模型、协同质量管理等内容进行了阐述。
     第四章是本文的核心。首先分析了扩展型企业质量信息的分类、质量信息过程及在扩展型企业不同阶段质量管理的策略。接下来提出了扩展型企业的质量管理信息系统模型,并对该模型的各个功能模块进行了详细的介绍,最后对其可行性、技术上的实现方法进行了探讨。
     第五章对质量管理和质量信息系统的未来和相关内容进行了探讨,包括其发展的特点,新技术的应用对其影响。对变化分析技术、零过程质量管理等理论作了简要的阐述。
This paper researches the contents and strategies of Quality Management System based on Internet. And it addresses the models of II-QIS. At the same time it probes into the relation between Quality Management System and MIS, and some problems where maybe encounter in the application of Quality Management System.
    The first chapter discusses the history and contents of Quality Management System, including it's researching status quo, characteristics and so on. The article analyzes some faults of Quality Management System that is based on Intranet.
    The second chapter introduces the challenges the traditional Quality Management System will face with the development of some new enterprise organizations. These organizations include Virtual Enterprise, Supply Chain Management and so on. The quality management of these organizations is different with traditional enterprises. The scope of quality management is increased and the objects, which should be considered, are more. So the new Quality Management System is completely different with traditional one.
    The third chapter addressed the concept of Extended Enterprise. Then the paper brings in its ideas, organization model and coordinated quality management.
    The fourth chapter is the core of the article. At first it analyzes the classes and procedures of quality management of the Extended Enterprise. And it discusses the quality management strategies in different stage of the Extended Enterprise. Then it introduces the system model of quality management information based on the Extended Enterprise. At the same time it gives every modules a detailed discuss. At last it spends a little time to talk about the feasibility of II-QIS and technical methods to realize it.
    The last chapter talks about relevant theories of quality management such as Change analysis, 6 sigma and so on. And it also discusses the influence some information technologies will play on the II-QIS.
