移动GIS在配电网现场工程设计中的应用研究

摘要
当今计算机和通信网络技术不断完善和发展,配电网管理系统广泛应用,为基于地理信息系统的配电网分析和管理技术的实现提供了条件。将地理信息系统技术所具有的潜在优势应用到配电网系统的管理中,可以使电网管理系统中的地图、图像和属性数据有机地结合起来,并在电子地图上形象地反映配电网设备的运行情况,从而大大提高电能质量和供电可靠性,降低线损,提高配电网的安全,提升对电力客户的服务水平。根据国内外的应用经验来看,电力地理信息系统是城乡电网建设与改造工程必须使用的信息技术,利用以地理信息系统为平台的配电网生产管理系统进行电网系统管理已是大势所趋。
     本文完整地阐述了基于配电管理系统的配电网现场工程设计模块开发过程。按照现代软件工程理论的指导,详细阐述了从需求分析、系统设计、硬件设计、软件开发等各个方面的开发过程。
     本人作为湖州电力局配电现场工程设计系统建设与实施项目负责人,完成了本项目的需求分析,确定了系统设计的主要思路、设计原则和系统总体架构,并与项目组成员一起完成了系统硬件配置、软件开发和功能性测试。该系统经过在湖州电力局近两年的使用,运行良好,满足配电设计院所对配电网现场工程设计的需求,同时在配电网资料核准方面也发挥了重要的作用,使得配网管理水平达到了一个新的高度。
The computer and network communication technology continues to improve and development, management system of distribution network is widely used, for distribution network based on geographical information system analysis and management technology for the realization of a condition. The geographic information system technology has potential advantages is applied to the distribution network management system, can make the network management system of map, image and attribute data together organically, and in the electronic map reflects the image of the distribution network to the running situation of the equipment, thus greatly improve the power quality and reliability, reduce line losses distribution network, improve safety, promotion of power customer service level. According to the domestic and foreign application experience, electric power geographic information system is urban and rural power grid construction and transformation project must use information technology, using a geographic information system as the platform of distribution network production management system for power network management system is already represent the general trend.
     In this paper based on the distribution management system of distribution network in field engineering design module development process. According to the modern software engineering theory, elaborated in detail from the demand analysis, system design, hardware design, software development and other aspects of the development process.
     I as the Huzhou Electric Power Bureau power distribution project design system construction and implementation of the project responsible person, completion of the project needs analysis, to determine the system design of the main ideas, design principles and system architecture, and the project team completed the system hardware configuration, software development and functional testing. After the system in Huzhou Electric Power Bureau in recent years use, running good, meet the Power Design Institute of power distribution network field engineering design requirements, at the same time in distribution network data approval has also played an important role, make the distribution network management level has reached a new height.
