公交企业信息管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
本文在分析现阶段我国公交企业特别是金华市公交企业营运存在问题的基础上,进一步分析了现行公交企业信息管理系统的开发现状、存在问题及其发展趋势,论证了本研究项目的现实价值以及技术与经济的可行性,提出了本研究项目的目标、内容、方法,面向客户进行了系统需求分析。文章分析认为,基于计算机技术的公交企业信息管理系统符合国家产业政策导向。从开发项目的理论层面考察,现行公交企业管理信息系统开发主要存在着设计理念、开发方法、团队意识、开发管理、领导观念、业务流程匹配度、管理制度配套程度等方面的问题,难以满足公交事业的发展需要。从开发项目的应用角度考察,现行公交企业管理信息系统开发存在着功能单一、成本过高、资源浪费、运行低效、背离市场需求等一系列问题。据现有文献与实地调查显示,现行公交企业信息管理系统大多只是面向站点线路设置、运营信息查询、智能调度、车辆监控等功能单一的系统。设计与实现能够覆盖公交企业主要业务环节与价值链的信息管理综合系统的研究文献似乎并不多见。也未能发现运用Delphi+SQL Server技术进行公交管理软件开发的研究文献。
     为提高我国公交企业的营运管理效率,适应时代对公交事业提出的阶段性发展需求,基于上述的分析与缘由,本文尝试以金华市公交公司为例,运用先进的软件开发工具,设计并实现一种能够适应公交发展需要的综合性公交企业信息管理系统。具体表述为:以金华市公交公司为例,运用Delphi语言与SQL Server数据库开发工具,进行公交企业主要功能模块的开发,提出面向公交企业发展需求的信息管理系统设计与实现方案。在构建系统基本框架基础上,提出该系统的九大模块的设计方案与基本功能,并在此基础上进行了几个典型模块的编码,最后对信息系统进行了多种方式的测试。在该开发项目过程中,本人主要负责系统需求、系统功能分析工作,并参与了部分系统设计与编程、测试工作。从系统试运行情况看,该系统具有良好的应用价值与经济价值,基本实现了预期目标。
This article in the analysis present stage Our country Public transportation Enterprise is in specially the Jinhua Public transportation Enterprise transport business existence question foundation, has further analyzed the present public transportation enterprise information management system's development present situation, the existence question and the trend of development, has proven this research project real value as well as technical and the economical feasibility, proposed this research project's goal, the content, the method, have carried on the system requirements analysis face the customer. The article analysis believed that conforms to the country industrial policy guidance based on computer technology's public transportation enterprise information management system. From developmental item's theory stratification plane inspection, the present public transportation business management information system development mainly has the design idea, the method of exploitation, the team to realize, the development management, the leadership idea, control system necessary degree the aspect and so on operation flow match questions, meets the public transportation enterprise's development needs with difficulty. From developmental item's application angle inspection, the present public transportation business management information system development has the function to be unitary, the cost is excessively high, the resources waste, the movement low efficiency, to depart from the market demand and so on a series of questions. According to the existing literature demonstrated with on-the-spot investigation that the present public transportation enterprise information management system mostly is only faces the stand wiring system, the operation information inquiry, the intelligent dispatch, the vehicles monitoring and so on function sole systems. The design with realizes can cover the public transportation enterprise primary service link and the value chain's information management system ensemble's research literature as if sees not much. Also has not been able to discover that technology carries on the public transportation management software development using Delphi+SQL the Server the research literature.
     In order to raise Our country Public transportation Enterprise's transport business managerial effectiveness, the adaptation time the gradual development demand which proposed to the public transportation enterprise, based on the above analysis and the reason, this article attempts take the Jinhua Public transportation Company as an example, utilizes the advanced software development tool, designs and realizes one kind to be able to adapt the comprehensive public transportation enterprise information management system which the public transportation development needs. The concrete indication is: Take the Jinhua Public transportation Company as the example, utilizes the Delphi language and SQL the Server database development kit, carries on the public transportation enterprise major function module the development, proposed that with realizes the plan face the public transportation enterprise development demand's information management system design. In the construction system bare bone foundation, proposed that this system's nine big module's design proposals and the basic function, and have based on this carried on several typical module codes, finally has carried on many kinds of way tests to the information system. In this developmental item process, myself primary cognizance system requirements, the system function analysis work, and participated in the part system design and the programming, the test work. Tries the operational aspect from the system to look that this system has the good application value and the economic value, has achieved the anticipated target basically.
