浙江省物流信息平台建设研究
摘要
物流是支持社会扩大再生产的血脉,是一个跨行业、多部门、各种运动形式交集的活动。随着我国信息化发展战略的实施,电子政务的发展,浙江省政府部门加大了对物流信息化的推进力度,物流信息平台的建设成为物流信息化的核心。本文首先分析了我国物流业及物流信息平台的发展现状,指出了物流信息平台建设的必要性与重要意义。然后对物流信息平台的理论进行了综述,分析了国外物流信息平台建设中的经验及我国物流信息化的现状和存在的问题,这些为全文的研究打下了基础。然后,详细分析了浙江省物流业发展现状与浙江省物流业信息平台建设存在的问题,提出了浙江省物流业信息平台建设的目标与要求。最后,研究了物流信息平台发展的建设原则、功能以及运行机制,提出了浙江物流信息平台建设的政策建议,即发挥政府作用、建立应用标准化体系、发展引进先进适用的科学技术及引导鼓励企业积极参与。本论文把理论研究与实际工作中的经验想法相结合,探讨了如何建设完善浙江省物流信息平台这个问题,指出了政府与企业共同合作,实现我省物流业信息化的目标。
Logistics is in support of the expanded reproduction, and blood is a cross-sectoral, multi-sectoral, common form of sports activities. Along with the development of China's information and the implementation of the strategy, the development of e-government, government departments in Zhejiang Province has increased efforts to promote information technology logistics, logistics information platform for the construction of logistics information of the core.
At first, this paper analyses the logistics industry and the development of logistics information platform for the status quo, pointing out that the logistics information platform for building and the need for significance. Then, the logistics information platform for the theory and a survey of foreign logistics information platform and experience in the construction of China's logistics information and the status of existing problems, such as the full text of the study laid the groundwork for. Fureher, a detailed analysis of the development of the logistics industry in Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Province and logistics information platform construction of the problem, Zhejiang Province logistics industry information platform with the goal of building requirements.
Finally, a study on the development of logistics information platform construction principles, functions and operating mechanism, to the Zhejiang logistics information platform construction policy proposals that the Government play a role in the establishment of standardized systems, the development of the introduction of advanced science and technology and the use of the guide and encourage enterprises to actively participation.
In this paper, the theoretical study and practical work experience in the integration of ideas on how to improve the building of the Logistics Information Platform, pointed out that the Zhejiang Province government and enterprises to work together to achieve the information goal of Zhejiang province logistics industry.
