精密间歇运动机构智能测试系统

摘要
作为自动化机械的重要组成部分,精密间歇运动机构在当代工业发展
    过程中起着不可替代的作用,但精度和寿命却一直制约着这种作用的发
    挥,成为其性能提高的瓶颈。为此,除了要做好结构的选型、设计和保证
    加工精度外,还应对产品进行精确地测试。
     传统的方法是通过测试精密间歇运动机构组件的线位移、速度及加速
    度获得其运动特性,这样做不仅繁复,而且测试结果严重失真。论文抓住
    了精密间歇运动机构角位移输出的本质特性,从一个全新的角度设计了一
    套测试系统,仅对它的输出角位移进行精确地测试,不仅简化了测试过程,
    而且测试结果的处理也更加简便、准确。
     该测试系统是以PC机为核心,圆感应同步器数显系统为数据采集与
    转换环节的高精度自动化智能测试系统。PC机完成人机交互和数据的接
    收及处理工作,同时向步进电机发送控制信号驱动被测精密间歇运动机构
    转动。圆感应同步器数显系统是测试系统最重要的部分,对测试精度有决
    定性的影响。圆感应同步器定转子的同心度对测试结果影响很大,为此文
    中还设计了一套圆感应同步器智能精密调心机构。WJ蜗杆步进减速器的
    核心部分径向蜗形凸轮分度机构是目前公认最为理想的一种高精度的精密
    间歇运动机构,把它作为被测对象能够反映出测试系统的精度。
     此套测试系统经过简单的改动后还可用于其它的角位移测试工作中。
As an important part of automatic mechanism, precise intermittent movement
     mechanism plays an unreplaceable role in the development of current industry.
     Due to its manufacturing precision and life-span, intermittent movement
     mechanism becomes bottle-neck in the improvement of technical performance.
     Apart from the feasible design and manufacturing precision of the mechanism,
     the product has to be precisely measured and tested.
     In order to obtain the movement property of precise intermittent movement
     mechanism, the linear displacement, veldcity and acceleration have to be
     measured individually. It has been shown that the traditional measuring
     procedure is complcx and cannot frilly eliminate the distortion. By contrast, the
     prominent angular displacement output of the precise intermittent movement
     mechanism has been considered in this thesis. An effective testing system has
     been designed from a new point of view, which simplifies the measuring and data
     processing.
     The measuring system is designed to be high precise, automatic and
     intelligent based on a computer control system which can collect and transit data
     by rotating induction synchronizer and digit-readout system. A user friendly
     software -package has been designed which can be used in data acquisition and
     processing, and control the rotation of the step-motor of tested intermittent
     movement mechanism. Rotating induction synchronizer and digit-readout system
     are the main parts of the designed measuring system, and have the decisive effect
     on the measuring accuracy. The concentricity of stator and rotor on rotating
     induction synchronizer affects testing result significantly, thus an intelligent and
     precise mechanism on rotating induction synchronizer has been designed to
     adjust concentricity.
     It has been shown that the designed measuring system can also be used to test
     other angular displacements by simply modification of the system.
