基于GPRS的电梯远程监控系统设计与研究

摘要
随着社会的发展,电梯作为现代高层建筑最常用的垂直运输工具,已经广泛而大批量应用到城市建筑的各个角落,而如何保证每台电梯都能够可靠运行,及时发现故障和排除故障,已成为提高物业管理水平和电梯技术进步的关键所在。电梯运行质量直接由监控系统的功能决定,而监控系统的功能的又随着计算机控制技术和网络通信技术的发展而不断提高。目前的电梯远程监控系统均由电梯生产厂家设计和提供,未来的发展趋势是开发出功能更加完善、通用性更强、性价比更高的远程监控系统。
     随着远程数据传输技术的不断发展,基于GPRS网络的无线通信技术逐渐被广泛应用。本文结合了移动通讯技术、Internet技术、嵌入式技术,实现了基于移动GPRS的多点无线远程监控,设计了一种全方位、廉价、可靠的解决方案。
     本文首先论述了GPRS网络结构和工作原理,结合Internet网络技术,分析了五种不同的组网方案,并依据实际情况,设计了基于GPRS技术的电梯远程监控系统的总体结构。
     其次,认真研究了终端的功能需求,并给出了合理的规划设计。详细分析了应用单片机C8051F020,选用ME99 GPRS DTU通信模块为核心的硬件设计,实现了硬件系统中的各个功能模块。重点研究了GPRS模块的功能,用AT指令实现IP模块和GPRS模块相关设置,实现短消息的收发,完成GPRS模块拨号上网、建立连接、发送数据等功能。并且,通过对GPRS网络传输协议的分析,基于监控终端为平台,设计了数据采集终端应用程序,分析了终端工作的具体过程,实现了电梯运行状态数据的采集和终端与监控中心的通讯。
     最后,采用Visual C++面向对象的编程思想,完成了电梯远程监控系统的上位机软件设计,具体包括登录权限模块、实时监控模块、电梯数据的维护和故障的记录查询。实现了电梯运行状态和故障的动态显示,电梯用户信息、故障处理的数据库管理。然后对电梯远程监控系统的发展进行了展望。
With the development of society,as the most in common use perpendicular conveyance tool of the modern the key figures construct,the elevator already has been applied to the each comer of the social activity extensively.But the amount of large quantity apply,how guarantee that each set elevators can run dependently,have become the key that raise estate management level and our country's progressive of the elevator technology.The function of the monitoring system lies on directly the movement.But as the computer control technique and network communications technique are developing.The function of the monitoring system is rising continuously.The current elevator long range supervision system are all designed and provided by the elevator produced factory,the future development trend is to develop a supervision system which the function is more perfect,general use is stronger,function price compares is higher.
     With the development of the long-range transmission technology of the data, wireless communication is adopted extensively and gradually,among them the data business of grouping based on GPRS network has got the extensive application.In this thesis,we integrate advanced technologies such as mobile communication, Internet,embedded technologies to realize multi-point control based on mobile platform.Provide a cheap,reliable solution.
     This text discusses structure and work principle of the GPRS network first, and integrates Internet technology,putting forward five kinds of different net framework.Putting forward total structure of elevator remote monitoring system based on GPRS according to the actual circumstance.
     Secondly,this thesis studies the function request of the terminal hardly,and gives reasonable programming design.Analyzing that single SCM C8051 F020 is applied,and the hardware which chooses to use the correspondence mold piece of the ME99 GPRS DTU as core designed,carrying out each function mold piece in hardware system.The point is that studying the function of GPRS mold piece, carrying out IP mold piece and the related constitution of the GPRS mold piece with the AT instruction.Carrying out short news to receive and send,completing function that a GPRS module to stir number to get to the Internet,build up conjunction,send out a data etc.And through the analysis the transport protocols of GPRS network, according to monitoring terminal,design the data collection terminal application, analyzing concrete work process of the terminal,carrying out the appearance data collection of the elevator movement and the communication of the terminal and supervision center.
     At last,the text based Visual C++ language and the object-oriented programming thought,the software design of Internet based remote elevator monitoring system is completed.System includes permission module,real-time monitoring module,data maintenance of the elevator and the object of fault record. The failure and the running state of elevators showed automatically.The user information,the running state of elevators,solution of failure and maintenance information are managed by database.The last of article has prospected development of the remote elevator.
