水泥企业管理信息系统开发研究

摘要
随着企业信息化工作的不断进行,管理信息系统在水泥企业中开始逐渐得到重视,在一些大型企业中的成功应用已经带来了显著的经济效益。但是,目前国内中小型水泥企业还占绝大多数,信息化水平普遍较低,在生产管理信息系统的建设方面仍处于比较落后的阶段,管理也缺乏规范。因此迫切需要开发具有现代管理思想、符合水泥企业规范和水泥生产特点、高度集成、灵活适用的管理信息系统。
     本课题正是为了解决这一问题而提出来的,即针对国内信息化水平较低的中小型水泥企业,根据水泥企业生产、销售全过程的特点,研究开发出一个对整个企业的生产调度、质量控制、化验室管理、供应管理、销售管理、仓库管理、人事工资管理、企业管理以及财务管理等日常工作进行全面处理的计算机管理信息系统。
     系统的研究开发结合水泥企业生产销售过程的特点和要求,在参考现有的管理信息系统的基础上,设计出系统原形,然后根据水泥企业实际应用的具体情况和要求进行一定的改进和提高,形成新的系统,并且最终达到系统的设计目标。
     水泥企业管理信息系统对水泥企业进行全面的管理,提高整个企业计算机管理系统和软件应用系统的集成度,规范完善现有管理模式,为水泥企业提高效率、实施企业信息化提供一个较好的解决方案。
Management information system (MIS) becomes more and more important in cement enterprises along with the progress of enterprise informationizing. Successful applications in some large-scale enterprises produce remarkable economic benefits. However, medium and small-scale cement enterprises still take the overwhelming majority at present. Generally, they are on a low level of informationizing, most of them have no management information systems, and are short of management standard. So there is an urgent need of building an integrated and flexible management information system, which is built on the modern management theory, and is up to the standard of cement enterprises and cement production.This issue is raised to solve the problem. Based on the informationizing of medium and small-scale cement enterprises and the feature of cement production and sales, the object of this issue is to research and to develop a computer management information system, which includes production management, product quality control, laboratory management, supply management, sales and market management, warehouse management, employee management and finance management.The development of the management information system for cement enterprises is based on the feature and requirement of current cement production and sales. After designing a prototype with references from existing management information system, many improvements are made in order to reach the object of this system.The management information system for cement enterprises improves the enterprise management and the integration of computer application systems. And this management information system is also a good solution for the informationizing of cement enterprises.
