建筑施工企业信息管理系统的研究与实现

摘要
建筑业是我国国民经济支柱产业之一,建筑业完成的增加值在国民经济各部门中位于工业和农业之后,居第三位,在国民经济和社会发展中占有十分重要的地位。面对经济的全球化和信息化趋势,如何优化建筑业结构、提高企业和项目管理水平、提高政府管理水平和服务能力,是值得我们认真研究和探讨的紧迫课题。
     针对所提出的课题背景,要使建筑业管理水平有一个质的飞跃,必须大力推进建筑业信息技术的研究开发,推动信息技术在建筑业各领域的广泛应用,加速行业和企业信息化建设进程,运用信息技术改造和提升建筑业。运用信息技术提高政府部门的管理水平和服务能力,逐步实现办公自动化、服务公开化、行业管理信息化和网络化。本课题提出,运用信息技术提高建筑企业的管理水平和竞争能力,大力发展电子商务在采购、项目管理、客户服务领域的应用,做到信息资源共享,逐步实现工程建设项目全过程信息化管理的集成应用。针对建筑施工企业建立“一体化的企业应用管理”是现代企业的一个重要标志。这也就要求国内建筑施工企业下一步的信息化建设必须站在一个高的起点,进行统一规划实施方法和完整的实现步骤。?
     在对建筑施工企业设计“一体化的企业应用管理系统”,并根据该系统中的的特点,在现代建筑施工企业运用信息化手段,从以下几个方面得以提升:
     1.以互联网技术提升项目管理水平。
     2.施工工艺信息化,提高工程质量。
     3.以信息技术提升建筑企业竞争能力。
     4.实现规范化管理,提高工作效率,简化事务流程,节约管理成本。
     5.加强资金流控制。
     6.加强成本控制,使项目资金计划变得合理,缩短资金回报周期。
     7.信息管理,资源共享。
     8.贯彻标准,规范制度。
     9.优化库存管理,降低了采购成本。
Construction is one of China's pillar industries of the national economy, increase the value of construction completed in the national economy in the industrial and agricultural sectors, the ranks third in the national economic and social development plays an important role. The face of economic globalization and information technology trends, how to optimize the industrial structure, improve enterprise and project management Shui Ping, to improve government management and service capabilities, is worthy of our careful study and discussion of pressing issues.
     To address those issues raised background level of construction management to make a qualitative leap, must vigorously promote the construction IT research and development, to promote the field of information technology in the construction industry Ge extensive application acceleration Xingye and enterprise information construction process , the use of information technology to transform and upgrade the building industry. The use of information technology to improve management of government departments and service capabilities, and gradually realize office automation, open services, industry and network management information. The issue presented, the use of information technology to improve construction management level and competitiveness, to develop e-commerce in procurement, project management, customer service field, so that sharing of information resources to achieve progressively the whole process of construction project information management integrated application. For building construction enterprise to establish "an integrated enterprise application management" is an important sign of the modern enterprise. It also requires domestic construction enterprise information construction next step must stand on a high starting point, make unified plans for implementation of the method and complete implementation steps.
     Construction enterprises in the design of "integrated management system for enterprise applications," and according to the characteristics of the system, the use of construction enterprises in the modern information technology tools to enhance the following aspects:
     1. To Internet technology to enhance project management.
     2. The construction process information, improve project quality.
     3. To information technology to enhance the competitiveness of construction enterprises.
     4. To achieve standardized management, improve efficiency, streamline transaction processes, saving management costs.
     5. To enhance cash flow control.
     6. Tighter cost control, project funding plan to become reasonable to shorten the cycle of financial returns.
     7. Information management, resource sharing.
     8. Implement the standards and regulatory regimes.
     9. Optimize inventory management and reduce procurement costs.
