商丘网通固网网络转型的研究和实现

摘要
在面临FMC目标的提出,软交换技术的日益成熟,运营商的全业务经营的局面,随着用户对业务更智能化、移动化、多媒体化的需求,固网网络转型势在必行。
本篇论文结合网通通信网络的演进目标,从商丘本地固网的现状出发,根据近几年本人在工作中的实际,具体阐述了商丘固网转型的进程和实现。分别从技术背景、商丘本地固网演进目标、固网智能化前期网调工作、固网智能化改造的实施、智能业务实现分析举例、智能化改造后网络存在问题的分析及改进、商丘固网软交换的规划及实施方案、转型的思考等方面阐述,其中重点突出网络结构的演变、话务上汇接的网调方案、汇接局+外挂用户数据库+SSP模式的智能化改造方案、一号双机业务的实现、智能化改造后网络容灾及改进方案、嵌套业务的实现、商丘软交换叠加网的建设,涵盖了固网转型中引入的技术、实现的步骤及关注的问题等几个方面。商丘固网于2006年完成了智能化改造工作,在2008年初计划完成软交换叠加网的建设,本人在商丘固网转型过程中一直参与方案制定、组织实施、网络分析及资料整理等工作,对整体网络有着清晰的认识和透彻的分析。固网转型是一个历时很长的过程,有很多技术的应用和取舍,在论文的最后,对商丘网络转型的过程提出总结和思考。
TO be faced with the goal of Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC), improving continuously of Softswitch technology, operators's the whole business situation, fixed network transformation is imperative when the users of business demands more intelligent, mobile and multimedia.
This paper is based on the evolution goals of Netcom Communication Network, it covers Shangqiu fixed network transformation process and implementation according to the status of the Shangqiu local fixed network and my practical work recent years. There are disserted respectively such areas which technical background, the local fixed network evolution target of Shangqiu, network adjustment of fixed network intelligence pre-work, the implementation of fixed network intelligent, intelligent service achievement analysis, the problems analysis and improvement after intelligent renovate, the programme and implementation of Shangqiu Softswitch network,the thinking of transformation. The article emphasis introduce things as follows :the evolution of the network structure, network adjustment solution of the traffic aggregation to tandem exchange , intelligent reform programme of tandem exchange+ plug-in user database + SSP model , the application of two phones one number Service, network disaster recovery programme and improvement programme after network intelligent transformation, the realization of nested business, Shangqiu Softswitch overlay network building. It covers some aspects there are the technology introduced by the fixed network transformation, the steps to achieve and the issues of concern, Etc. We have finished network intelligence renovate work of Shangqiu fixed network in 2006. We plan to complet that Softswitch overlay network will be built in early 2008. I has been participated in developing of technical project, organization and implementation of network and data compilation work, in the process of Shangqiu fixed transition, I had a clear understanding and thorough analysis of the overall network. During the fixed transition is a very long process, a lot of applications and technology choices are there. At last,I made sum- up and thinking of the process of Shangqiu network transformation.
