应用于纹织领域的图像预处理系统

摘要
应用于纹织领域的图像预处理系统是纹织CAD的重要组成部分。传统的纹织CAD系统在纹织工艺方面已经达到了很高的水平,但是在图像的预处理方面却难以满足客户越来越高的要求。为了加强系统处理图像的能力,提高设计的效率,本课题设计了一套应用于纹织领域的图像预处理系统。系统提供了很强的图形图像管理与编辑处理功能,为用户带来了极大的方便。
     本文介绍了应用于纹织领域的图像预处理系统的结构与各模块的功能,包括图形图像管理模和图形图像编辑处理模块的设计。具体工作如下:
     1)将系统分为图形图像管理模块和图形图像编辑处理模块两大部分,使系统对图形图像的管理和编辑处理的功能相互分开,便于用户分别进行设计。
     2)在图形图像管理模块中,根据矢量图形可分为简单图元和复合图元的特点,采用面向对象组合模式的设计方法,对矢量图形进行管理。同时,引入图层处理功能,分别对矢量图和位图进行管理,允许任意添加、删除、移动、叠加图层,并可以进行一些基本属性的设置,矢量图和位图两类图层之间也可以相互转换,极大的方便了图像的管理。
     3)在图形图像编辑处理模块中,将位图的矢量化功能引入系统,根据纹织图像的特点,提出了一种比较有效的纹织位图矢量化算法,将纹织位图转化为矢量图,方便编辑修改;利用数学形态学变换的方法处理图像,如膨胀、腐蚀、开变换、闭变换及改进算法的骨架提取等,得到了一些艺术化的效果:提出了改进的插值算法,较好地解决了图像放大时普遍遇到的失真问题。
The image predisposal systems applied in the jacquard field is an important component for jacquard CAD. Traditional Jacquard CAD system has reached a very high level in jacquard weaving process, but the image preprocessing couldn't meet the ever-increasing customer demands. In order to strengthen the image processing capabilities, and improve the efficiency of the design, the image predisposal systems applied in the jacquard field is designed in this subject. This system provides a strong image processing and management functions for users with a great convenience.
     This paper describes the image predisposal system's structure and the functions of the modules, including graphic and images management module and graphic and images editing module. Detailed contributions are as follows:
     a) Dividing the system into two modules, graphic and images management module and graphic and images editing module. The system of graphics and image management and editing functions are separated from each other, which make users design friendly.
     b) In the graphic and images management module, according to the features that the vector graphics can be divides into simple entities and composite entities, a vector editing system using Object-Oriented Composite Pattern is designed, which is used to manage the vector graphics. Introduce the function of layer, respectively manage vectors and bitmaps, allowing arbitrary adding, deleting, moving, stacking layers and some basic settings of properties. The two layers of vectors and bitmaps can be mutual conversed. These functions greatly facilitate the image managing.
     c) In the graphic and images editing module, introduce the function of bitmap to vector, according to the features of jacquard images, present a more effective jacquard bitmap vectorization algorithm, the function of jacquard bitmap to vector map facilitate the management and editing. Using mathematical morphology transform in the image processing methods, such as expansion, corrosion, opened transform, closed transform and improve the algorithm to framework extract, which could get some artistic effect. Advancing the improved interpolation algorithm, a better solution to enlarge images commonly encountered in the distortion.
