针刺家兔耳穴对旁巨细胞外侧核活动改变的影响及机制探讨

摘要
目的 观察耳针对家兔旁巨细胞外侧核(PGL)活动改变的影响,尝试从递质水平上探讨耳针机制。方法 将60只健康家兔随机分为:1.胸肺区组(PC组):(1)生理盐水组(N组);(2)荷包牡丹碱组(B组);2.非胸肺区组(nPC组):(1)生理盐水组(N’组);(2)荷包牡丹碱组(B’组)。记录不同时点的平均动脉压(MAP)、脉压、心率、呼吸压、呼吸频率,综合分析,研究耳针的调整效应及作用机制。结果(一)PC组1.N组:PGL单独微量注射生理盐水(NS),对血压和呼吸无明显影响;注射NS并同时电针胸肺区,与单独注射NS相比,血压和呼吸无明显改变。2.B组:PGL单独微量注射荷包牡丹碱(BIC),MAP升高,而脉压、心率、呼吸压、呼吸频率无明显改变;PGL注射BIC并同时电针胸肺区,与单独注射BIC相比,MAP升高幅度得到明显调整;对MAP恢复正常的时间、脉压、心率、呼吸压及呼吸频率无明显影响。(二)nPC组1.N’组:PGL单独微量注射NS,对血压和呼吸无明显影响;注射NS并同时电针非胸肺区,与单独注射NS相比,血压和呼吸无明显改变。2.B’组:PGL单独微量注射BIC,MAP升高,而脉压、心率、呼吸压、呼吸频率无明显改变;PGL注射BIC并同时电针非胸肺区,与单独注射BIC相比,MAP升高幅度得到明显调整;对MAP恢复正常的时间、脉压、心率、呼吸压及呼吸频率无明显影响。结论 1.电针耳郭胸肺区或非胸肺区均不干扰正常生理指标,对偏离正常状态的生理指标则有良性调整作用;2.电针耳穴胸肺区、非胸肺区对心血
    
    管功能产生调节的机理可能与PGL的GABA递质系统有关;3.电针耳穴
    的调节机制在不同状况下可能受某些因素的不同调控;4,耳郭胸肺区与非
    胸肺区是有区别的耳区,但功能的特异性是相对的。5.如果PGL参与呼吸
    调控,递质GABA可能不参与介导这一调控功能。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of ear acupuncture by studying the adjustment of ear acupuncture on activity of the nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis of rabbit. Methods 60 health rabbits were divided randomly into: 1. pneumocardial area group(PC group): (1) normal saline group (N group); (2) bicuculline group (B group); 2.non-pneumocardial area group (nPC group): (1) normal saline group (N' group); (2) bicuculline group (B' group). Mean arterial pressure (MAP), pulse pressure, heart rate(HR), respiratory pressure and frequency of respiration at different moment were recorded for analysis. Results _I PC group: 1.N group: When only NS was microinjected into PGL, blood pressure and respiration did not change significantly; When NS was applied into PGL with ear acupuncture in PC simultaneously, compare with the former, blood pressure and respiration did not change significantly. 2. B group: When only bicuculline was microinjected into PGL, MAP was significantly higher; Pulse pressure, HR, respiratory pressure and frequency of respiration did not change significantly. When BIC was applied into PGL with ear acupuncture in PC simultaneously, compare with the former, MAP was not so much high; The time of MAP came back to normal level, pulse pressure, HR, respiratory pressure and frequency of respiration did not change significantly. II nPC group: l.N' group: When only NS was microinjected into PGL, blood pressure and respiration did not change significantly; When NS was applied into PGL with ear acupuncture in PC simultaneously, compare with the former, blood pressure and respiration did not change significantly. 2.B' group: When only bicuculline was
    
    
    
    microinjected into PGL, MAP was significantly higher; Pulse pressure, HR, respiratory pressure and frequency of respiration did not change significantly. When BIC was applied into PGL with ear acupuncture in nPC simultaneously, compare with the former, MAP was not so much high; The time of MAP came back to normal level, pulse pressure, HR, respiratory pressure and frequency of respiration did not change significantly. Conclusion 1. Normal situation of body won't be disturbed by electronic acupuncturing either PC or nPC, but abnormal activities can be adjusted by it. 2. Possibly, mechanism of electronic ear acupuncture act on GABA system of PGL. 3. It seemed that the adjustment of ear acupuncture is controlled by some factors that are unknown now; 4. PC and nPC are different areas on ear. But the difference of adjustment between them is relative.5. In addition, if PGL is involved in adjustment to respiration, GABA maybe is not a role of it.
