城市中心区静态交通空间及停车设施的优化设计研究

摘要
随着经济的发展,城市规模的扩大,人口密度的上升,小汽车数量急剧增加,停车难已成为世界各大城市面临的共同问题,解决停车问题已是当务之急。
     本文遵循进行一般理论分析后提出解决问题的实践措施的研究方法。文章首先根据我国城市中心区停车现状,分析当前城市中心区存在的停车矛盾,进而提出城市良好的停车场地布局和设计是加强交通管理、保证道路顺畅的前提。接着从国外停车设施建设发展状况、特点及经验,分析现阶段我国主要城市中心区域停车现状及成因,指出:
     我国的城市交通同国外发达国家相比相对比较落后,我国城市中心停车难问题集中表现在城市停车场建设和管理的问题上。公共停车场用地严重匮乏,城市公共停车设施建设欠账太多;公共停车场规划布局不合理;停车场设计不合理;城市公共建筑缺少应配建的专用停车场。
     借鉴国外城市中心区停车设施建设的经验,能有效提高我国城市停车设施建设的质量和效率。解决城市中心停车问题的第一步,就是要制定合理有效率的城市中心停车规划,综合各方面因素,合理调节城市中心的停车分配情况;停车设施建设的规划和设计应当建立在对停车需求的系统研究分析上,各个城市可以根据各地的特点,合理规划城市中心区的停车设施系统。
     城市中心停车场是城市中心区静态交通空间的最重要的组成部分,优化合理的停车场设计,对于缓解城市中心区停车难问题将起到十分积极的作用。
     本文对城市中心停车建筑设计进行分类研究,如城市中心区地下停车库设计,城市中心区多层车库设计;机械式立体停车库设计等等;并提出各类型车库的优缺点所在及各自的发展前景。
     最后文章还就停车场车位尺度设计,停车场的无障碍设计等与停车场优化设计相关的部分,都作了较深的探讨。
Along with the economic development, city scale, the rising of the population density, the nasty play in quantity in small car increases, the parking problem has become the common problem that world each big city face, how to solve the parking problem has been the urgent matter of the moment.
    This thesis comply on the method of practical measure ensuing theory analysis, and detailed arrangement is as follows:
    Firstly, the thesis according to the present parking condition of the our city centre area, analyzes the self-contradict of the parking currently exits in the city centre area , and illustrate that the good programming and design of the parking lot is the premise of guarantee the road transportation unimpeded.
    Secondly, the thesis Introduces the development and the experiences of the parking abroad , analyzes the present situation and the contributing factor of the parking problem in our country main city centre area , point out: The city transportation of the our country lags behind the abroad ,the parking problem concentrates to express in city parking lot developments and the problem of the management. There is a serious shortage of the public parking lot and public parking facilities. The programming of the public parking lot layouts the absurdity; and parts of the parking lots design is not reasonable etc.;
    Thirdly, we can draw lessons of the experience from abroad cities , and it will help us to increases the quality and efficiency of the city pubic parking facilities development in our country .To solve the city centre area parking problem, we should arrange the city centre area parking program reasonable and efficiently, and regulate the parking allotment circumstance reasonable. The programming of parking facilities development should based on the systematic study of the parking demanding, each city should arrange a reasonable programming of the parking facilities system in the light of the characteristics of every locality.
    The parking lot in the city centre area is one of the most important part of the static state management of the traffic. A reasonable parking lot design will do good help to the solution of the parking problem.
    The focal point part of this thesis is the classification studies of the design of the parking lot in the city centre. Analyze the ways and advantages and
    
    
    disadvantages of the underground garages and space parking lots, and put for ward to the developing directions and trends of the parking lot design.
    This thesis also analyzes the design of the car park dimension and the design of the no obstacle, which are related to the parking lot reasonable design.
