含氮二羧酸铜配合物的合成、结构及SOD活性研究

摘要
合成了两种新的含氮二羧酸:N,N′-二(3,4-亚甲二氧基苄基)乙二胺-N,N′-二乙酸(H_2L1)和N,N′-二(2,4-二氯苄基)乙二胺-N,N′-二乙酸(H_2L3)。本文利用四种含氮二羧酸H_2L1、H_2L_2(H_2L2=N,N′-二苄基乙二胺-N,N′-二乙酸)、H_2L3和H_2L4(H_2L4=苯乙胺-N,N-二乙酸)以及辅助配体咪唑(Im),4,4′-联吡啶(bpy),1,4-苯二甲基咪唑(bix)合成了7个新的Cu(Ⅱ)配合物。
     对所合成的配合物CuL1·Im(C1)、(CuL1)_2bix(C2)、(CuL1)_2bpy(C3)、(CuL2)_2bix(C4)、(CuL3)_2bix(C5)、(CuL4)_2bix(C6)和(CuL4)_2bpy(C7)的晶体结构进行了表征,配合物均为四方锥构型,其中C1为单核配合物,C2-C5为双核配合物,C6和C7为配位多聚物。
     研究了四种配合物的电化学性质:C2、C3、C6和C7分别有一对氧化还原峰,是不可逆氧化还原过程:C2的还原电位比C3的还原电位低,C6的还原电位比C7的低。用NBT光照法对5种配合物(C1、C2、C3、C4、和C5)进行了SOD生物活性的研究,结果表明5种配合物均具有SOD生物活性。
The thesis reports two new aminodicarboxylic acids:N,N'-bis(3,4-methylenedioxybenzyl)ethyldiamine-N,N'-diacetic acid(H_2L1)and N,N'-bis(2,4-dichlorobenzyl)ethyldiamine-N,N'-diacetic acid(H_2L3).We synthesis seven kinds of Cu(Ⅱ)complexes by using H_2L1,H_2L2,H_2L3 H_2L4,Im,bpy and bix(H_2L2 = N,N'-bis(benzyl)ethyldiamineN,N'-diacetic acid,H_2LA=2-phenylethylamine-N,N-diacetic acid,Im = imidazole,bpy = 4,4'-bipyridyl and bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-l-yl-methyl)benzene).
     All of the complexes(CuL1·Im(C1),(CuL1)_2bix(C2),(CuL1)_2bpy(C3),(CuL2)_2 bix(C4),(CuL3)_2bix(C5),(CuLA)_2bix(C6),(CuLA)_2bpy(C7))have been characterized by X-ray diffraction.The center Cu(Ⅱ)of complexes are bonded to five atoms,to form a tetragonal pyramid.CI is a monuclear compound,C6 and C7 are coordinated polymer, and others are dinuclear compounds.
     The Electrochem of the complexes(C2,C3,C6 and C7)have been investigated. Cyclic voltammograms for the C2 to C7 are similar and involve an irreversible redox process;C2 have a lower cathodic peak potential than C3,and C6 have a lower cathodic peak potential than C7.The SOD activities of the complexes(C1,C2,C3,C4 and C5) have also been determined in DMF solution by NBT-illumination method,and the results indicate that all the complexes possess SOD activity.
