高校实验室综合管理系统研究与设计

摘要
本文在深入研究高等院校实验室综合管理信息系统(LIMS)发展现状和趋势的基础上,借鉴已有的经验教训,针对某学院电工电子中心实验室的特点与存在的问题,经过详细的功能与性能需求分析,结合当前较为先进的计算机技术,设计了高等院校实验室综合管理系统的体系结构和应用系统结构,构架了优于同类型产品的、应用网络、数据库和中间件等先进技术、基于全生命周期管理理念的高校实验室LIMS集成框架。
     与国内外现有高等院校实验室LIMS相比,本文提出的LIMS集成框架更好地贯彻了实验室业务的全生命周期管理理念,涵盖了高等院校实验室管理工作的各项内容,集成了设备资源、人员、实验任务管理以及任务规划等方面的信息与业务过程,其整体集成性能较现有的高等院校LIMS有了很大的提高。
     根据系统的性能需求与功能需求,比较并选定了数据库系统,设计了电工电子中心实验室的内部网络拓扑,规划了各分系统的功能模型与信息模型并严格按照软件工程的要求组织了实施,成功开发了一套基于网络、数据库和中间件等先进技术的高校实验室综合管理信息系统。
     系统自投入实际运行以来,取得了良好的经济和社会效益,解决了一系列长期以来困扰实验室管理人员的问题,不仅实现了管理工作的无纸化,还通过智能化排课与数据分析等模块辅助实验室管理者提高管理效率与质量,帮助实验室管理者提高了自身的理论水平与实践水平。
     借助校园网与数据库系统,本LIMS系统改造了传统的开环管理模式,推行了全新的开放型管理模式,将实验室管理工作与其他教师、学员联系起来,更好地满足了学校的教学需求。
This paper studied the development and trend of collegial Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), consulted those experiences, which concluded from the development of this kind of system. Paper also summarized the characteristics and problems of the electric & electronic central laboratory of a college, mainly be used to complete the experiments about electrics and electronics. Based on detailed analysis of requirement in function and capability, this paper designed a new col legial LIMS, which integrate many advanced techniques of computer and network. Evaluated without reference to function or integrated framework and based on the ideology of Overall Lifecycle Management with adopting many advanced techniques of network, database and middleware etc., this LIMS is superior to those systems being used today.
    Compared with other collegial LIMS, the LIMS proposed within this paper paid much more attention to the idea of operation overall lifecycle management (OLM) and incarnated that idea. This LIMS contained almost all of the management job of laboratory, integrated the information and procedures of collegial laboratorial equipment, persons, task managing and programming, whose integrated performance represented better than those pristine collegial LIMS.
    According to the requirement of function and performance, this paper selected an appropriate DBMS and designed the structure of laboratorial LAN, this paper also designed the functional model and informational model. With implemented the regulations of software engineering rigorously, a collegial LIMS has been developed, which adopted many advanced techniques of network, database and middleware etc.

    social benefit, solved a series of problems, which had confused laboratorial managers for a long period. This collegial LIMS not only accelerated laboratorial management work to zero paper, also provided computer aided intelligent curriculum arrangement and data analysis function, that improved the efficiency and quality of management. This LIMS converted traditional close management pattern to opening pattern, through the collegial LAN and database system, enabled managers for laboratory to be related to other teachers and students. This LIMS has proved its effect in improving the laboratorial capability that serve for scholastic teaching demands.
