基于并行工程的智能化数控铣床CAD/CAM集成系统的研究与开发

摘要
课题来源于广西科技厅下达的项目“广西制造业信息化应用示范工程—车、铣、冲、线切割工作母机数控通用平台系统开发”(编号0228018G),要求研究和开发出一套具有自主版权的、适合车铣冲线切割数控设备的通用集成平台系统,本文主要阐述基于并行工程的智能化数控铣床CAD/CAM集成系统的的研究与开发的技术和实现方法。
     通过对数控铣床CAD/CAM集成系统的研究,采用了以下解决方案:
     一、主要研究内容
     (1) 二维图形CAD基本功能模块,包括基本绘图功能、图形编辑功能、辅助绘图功能等;
     (2) CAPP基本功能模块,包括平面轮廓铣削和平面区域铣削的加工工艺信息;
     (3) CAM基本功能模块,包括刀具库管理、刀具轨迹生成、后置处理、轨迹仿真、数控代码自动生成等功能。
     二、主要的关键技术
     (1) 实现系统具有并行设计功能;
     (2) 用统一建模语言(UML)分析和设计系统的界面、结构和功能;
     (3) 人工智能技术应用在CAD模块中;
     (4) 后置处理采用参数化的通用后置处理器;
     (5) 用面向对象技术编写程序
     结论:开发的系统通过在学院数控铣床实验室的试验,测试通过,表

    明其设计是有效的、合理的,其项目的开发为进一步完善和实现三维设计
    以及三维数控加工打下了一个很好的基础。
The subject stems from the project provided by the scientific and technological bureau of Guangxi. The title of the project is "Informational application demonstration project for the manufacturing industry in Guangxi -development of the general platform system for numerical control machine tool with the function of lathing, milling, punching and linear cutting (No.0228018)". It is requested to research and develop a suit of general integrated platform system with independent copyright for numerical control machine tool with the function of lathing, milling, punching and linear cutting. This paper mainly exoatiates on the technology and method of research and development of intelligent CAD/CAM integrated system based on CE for NC milling machine.
    The following solutions is adopted, through studying the CAD/CAM integrated system for numerical control milling machine .
    Firstly, there are main research contents : (l)The basic function of the two-dimentional CAD module .including basic drawing function, figure editing function and auxiliary drawing function, etc.; (2)The basic function of the CAPP module, including the processing technology information of the level outline milling and the level area milling; (3) The basic function of the CAM module, including setting up cutter manager, tool path generating, tool path simulating, and numerical control code automatically producing.
    Secondly, there is the main key technology: (1) The system with the function of concurrent designing; (2) The user interface , structure and function of the system is analysed and designed by UML; (3)The artificial intelligent
    
    
    
    
    technology is applied to CAD module ; (4)The parameter general post processor is adopted. (5)Programming adopts object-oriented technology.
    Conclusion: The system developed passes the test in the numerical control milling machine laboratory of the institute. It indicates that its design is effective and rational, development of the project lays a very good foundation for further perfecting itself and realizing three-dimension designing and 3D NC processing.
