摘要
2009年,随着国内电信业重组,3G牌照的发放,中国移动全面开展TD-SCDMA网络建设。面对全球金融危机,根据国家扩大内需、加大基础设施建设、促进经济平稳增长的相关要求,结合企业发展环境变化和业务需求,落实中国移动集团TD发展规划,张家口移动公司启动了3G (TD-SCDMA)网络工程(以下简称TD工程)的建设工作。本期结合TD“近期重点发展移动宽带业务和基于双模终端的话音业务”的市场定位,根据公司发展及业务部门需求,在有数据业务需求的区域进行TD网络部署。工程建设完成后,向覆盖区用户提供包括增强数据卡业务、手机电视与可视电话等3G特色业务服务,支持HSDPA等功能。
     张家口地区总面积3.7万平方公里,分为坝上、坝下两个不同的自然区域,总人口450万人,其中农业人口310万人。张家口市TD工程共计建设宏蜂窝基站66个,其中共2G站址基站62个,新选站址4个,共站率为94%;建设室内覆盖基站93个,新建TD室内分布系统41个物业点;新建2套RNC。核心网MSC/VLR总容量保持353万用户不变,HLR总容量保持369万户不变,本工程将满足到2009年12月张家口分公司30521erl话务量的网络需求。
     本论文主要是根据现有的2G核心网、无线网、支撑网、网管网、IP承载网、GPRS网等情况,规划并实施2G网扩容、2G和3G核心网络融合、RNC建设。
     本论文共8章,可以分为四部分:
     第一部分对3G市场进行了分析,概述了国内、国际市场3G发展,重点介绍了TD网络提供的业务和功能。
     第二部分对河北省网络现状和张家口网络规模进行了详细介绍、设计了核心网TD融合方案、话务网结构、路由选择、中继电路和信令链路配置、号码分配以及工P承载网。
     第三部分对TD网络的无线部分进行设计。详细阐述了无线网总体设计、RNC组网方案、频率规划等。
     第四部分安排了TD网建设各个阶段需要完成的任务,分析网络建设后经济效益和风险,并对工程建设过程中排除的故障进行了说明。
     在课题期间我所做的工作大致有以下几点:
     1、对TD的发展状况和相关技术进行了学习和总结。通过相关调查总结出了张家口建设TD网络的可行性和必要性。
     2、研究了核心网TD融合的技术方案,参与了MSC、MGW、HLR的软硬件升级,并提出改进意见。
     3、利用现有2G无线网络覆盖情况和数据话务流量,规划了RNC组网方案和NODE站点选址。
     4、参与了张家口TD网络的工程设备安装、设备调测、网络信号测试、后期优化等工作。

After the engineering construction completes, provides including enhancement data 3G characteristic service services and so on card service, handset television and videophone to the area of coverage user, supports functions and so on HSDPA.
     The Zhangjiakou area total area 37,000 square kilometers, divide into on the dam, the dam next two different natural regions, total population 4,500,000 people, agricultural population 310 ten thousand people. The Zhangjiakou TD project total constructs great honeycomb base depot 66, altogether 2G station site base depot 62, newly choose station site 4, altogether standing rate is 94%; Constructs indoor cover base depot 93, newly built TD indoor distribution system 41 property spots; Newly built 2 set of RNC. The core network MSC/VLR aggregate capacity maintains 353 ten thousand users is invariable, the HLR aggregate capacity maintains 369 ten thousand household invariable, this project will satisfy to December,2009 Zhangjiakou Subsidiary company 30521erl traffic load network demand.
     The present paper is mainly the basis existing 2G core network, the wireless net, supports the net, the net pipe network, IP situations and so on load bearing network, GPRS net, plans and implements the 2G net dilatancy,2G and the 3G core network fusion, the RNC construction。
     The present paper altogether 8 chapters, might divide into four parts the first part to carry on the analysis to the 3G market, has outlined the home, the international market 3G development, introduced with emphasis the TD network provided service and function.
     The second part carried on the detailed introduction to the Hebei Province network present situation and the Zhangjiakou network size, to design the core network TD
     fusion plan, the telephone traffic network structure, the routing, the trunk circuit and the signaling link disposition, the number assignment as well as the IP load bearing network.
     The third part carries on the design to the TD network's wireless part. Elaborated the wireless net system design, the RNC network plan, the frequency plan in detail and so on。
     The fourth part arranged the TD net to construct the duty which each stage needed to complete, after the analysis network construction, the economic efficiency and the risk, and the breakdown which eliminated to the engineering construction process rock row have carried on showing.
     In topic period I do the work has the following several points approximately:
     1, has carried on the study and the summary to the TD development condition and the correlation technique. Summarized Zhangjiakou through the related investigation to construct the TD network the feasibility and the necessity.
     2, have studied the core network TD fusion technical program, participated in MSC, MGW, the HLR software and hardware promotion, and gives the improvement comment.
     3rd, the use existing 2G wireless network cover situation and the data telephone traffic current capacity, has planned the RNC network plan and the NODE stand selected location.
     4, participated in the Zhangjiakou TD network engineering facilities installment, the equipment accent measuring that the network signal testing, the later period optimized and so on work.
