安徽电信CDMA 3G软交换核心网网络规划与研究

摘要
随着21世纪互联网经济和IP技术的持续发展,以及移动业务的高速增长和3G的到来,移动业务量超越固话业务量已经十分明显,IP业务对PSTN话音业务的冲击已成大势所趋。以“软交换”为核心的下一代网络的适时出现为传统PSTN电信运营商提供了技术转型和战略发展的机遇及再次振兴的希望。
     移动软交换是将软交换技术引入移动网络,以适应未来以软交换分层架构为主导的下一代移动网络建设趋势。移动软交换是通过移动网络电路域承载和控制的分离、集中控制、分散接入,形成清晰的分层组网的核心网络规划理念,符合网络发展的方向:引入IP承载语音,利用IP端到端的寻址能力形成媒体网关之间扁平的组网架构,有利于简化网络拓扑:采用IP承载的移动软交换可以实现灵活的组网方式,降低建网成本和运维费用,提供丰富业务及功能,并可以实现移动网络向下一代网络的平滑演进。
     论文首先系统阐述了CDMA2000的系统演进、体系架构、接口协议,又介绍了NGN软交换的体系架构、接口协议和功能结构。然后结合安徽(阜阳)电信3G核心网络二期工程的实际情况,研究移动软交换3G核心网络的建设规划,给出了核心网网络网元设置及容量预测、网络带宽的预测以及操作维护系统的规划。最后研究该网络的业务应用,讨论了网络安全和投资效益问题。
With the continuous development of Internet economy and IP technologies in the 21st century and the fast increasing of mobile services and the arriving of 3G, the amount of mobile services overpasses that of fixed networks. PSTN audio service is greatly challenged by IP services. The emerging of softswitch based Next Generation Network (NGN) provides the PSTN telecommunication operators with an opportunity of their technical transformation and strategic development as well as a hope of revival.
     Mobile soft- switch is to lead the soft-switch into mobile network, accommodate soft-switch the laye for the next generation separation mobile network construction trend. Mobile soft-switch is a separation that passes to mobile network CS Domain bearer and control,and assemble control and scatters access, becoming the core network programming principle of a net of clear layering, matching the direction of the network development; Lead into the IF loads the speech,making use of the IP address ability of cany to carry,to form the net structure between media gateway, be advantageous to the simplification network structure; The mobile soft-switch that adopts IP bearer can carry out the method of network construction, lowering to construction costs of the net and the operation costs,provide abundant business and functions,and can acheive smothe volution from the existing mobile network to the nextgeneration network.
     First of all, a systematic description is given of cdma2000 system architecture, interface protocols,and introduce softswitch system architecture, interface protocols and functional structure. Then targeting to Anhui (Fuyang) telecom 3G core network of the Second-period project, a study is conducted on the planning of softswitch transformation of mobile 3G core network, including the network element provisioning and their capacity prediction, network bandwidth prediction, and planning of operation and maintenance system. Finally the thesis investigates the service application of softswitch network and discusses the issues of network security and investment efficiency.
