一体化技术在电力调度自动化系统的应用研究

摘要
电力调度自动化系统主要为电网调度管理人员提供电网各种实时的信息,并对电网进行调度决策管理和控制,保证电网安全运行,提高电网质量和改善电网运行的经济性。随着我国经济的不断发展,电网规模不断扩大,对于调度自动化系统的功能需求也不断增多,随之也出现了一些急需处理的问题。本论文主要针对目前调度自动化系统所面临的几个主要问题,探讨一体化技术在电力调度自动化系统中的应用,并从平台一体化、图模库一体化、应用功能一体化和接口一体化多个方面进行应用研究分析。
     如果一体化技术能够很好地在系统中应用,将使调度自动化系统变得更加易用、开放,以往多步操作达到的效果可以通过一步操作实现;只维护一套图形、数据库,就能满足不同功能的需要;更为重要的是通过对IEC 61970标准的遵循,可以完全屏蔽不同系统、不同厂家的区别,实现与各个相关系统的无缝互联。
     通过一体化技术应用研究,我们的调度自动化所需维护工作量将大大减少,这样就使得运行人员有更多的精力进行电网监视与控制。此外,当系统需要扩展功能,可以直接应用于SCADA基础之上,利用已经建立好的模型,避免重复工作,也确保系统模型之间的一致性。在接口一体化应用方面,主要是可以防止“信息孤岛”的出现,使调度自动化系统采集到的数据得到更大程度的利用,加强不同系统之间的资源共享。
     总之,一体化技术的应用能使调度自动化系统更好的为电力系统服务,为我国的经济建设提供可靠保障。
Power dispatching automation system mainly provide all kinds of real-time information for power grid dispatching manager,manage and control power grid dispatching,guarantee power grid run safely,improve power grid qualify and function economy.With the development of our country's economy,the scale of power grid is extending,and its demands for dispatching automation system are increasing,followed with these some problems in need of disposal appeared.For the main present problems the dispatching automation system is faced with,this article discuss the application of integration technology in power dispatching automation system,and analysis its application research from the following aspects;integrative platform,integrative graphic model library,application function integration and interface integration.
     If integration technology can be well applied in system,that will make dispatching automation system more easily used and open,one step operation can realize the effect but in the past it needed several steps;It can satisfy different function's demand only through maintaining one set of figures and data-base;the more important thing is that by obeying IEC61970 standard,it can completely screen the distinguishes between different systems and different manufactures,realize different correlative systems' joint seamlessly.
     The application of integration technology research will greatly reduce our maintenance workload of dispatching automation,then the function manager can spend more energy to power grid watch and control.In addition,when the system need extending functions,it can directly use the SCADA base,avoid working repeatedly and assure the coherence among system models.At the aspect of interface integration application,it mainly avoid the appearance of"Information Island", greatly use the data gathered by dispatching automation system,strengthen resource share among different systems.
     In all,application of integration technology can help dispatching automation system serve power system better,and provide credible guarantee for our economy construction.
