DVM-100远程数字图象监控系统的开发研究

摘要
本文以多媒体计算机技术为核心,运用网络通信技术、视频压缩编码技术,设计开发DVM-100远程图象监控系统方案,在2M数字信道上实现对远距离监控现场的视频切换控制及报警联动。该方案已成功应用于浙江嵊洲电力变电所的无人职守系统。
     文章在对传统图象监控系统和数字图象监控系统分析研究的基础之上,根据图象监控业的规范和用户的具体需求,对远程图象监控系统进行开发研究。文中对图象压缩编码技术所采用的H.261和H.320标准进行分析和阐述,根据该标准进行系统中视频信息的压缩编码处理,对图象、声音、数据信号进行复用与解复用,解决了远程图象监控系统的关键——视频信息的远距离传输问题。文中详细阐述了远程图象监控系统的工作原理和系统功能,提出DVM-100的系统结构设计、系统网络结构及系统监控软件的设计方案。同时,根据浙江省嵊洲市电力系统的具体需求情况,提出DVM-100在嵊洲电力系统的实际应用方案。方案中所采用的硬件和软件技术,解决了目前一般该类系统中存在的问题,取得了良好的效果。
This paper presents a remote video monitoring system project which uses multimedia computer technique as a control center, basing on the network communication technique and video compression technique, realizes the video switching of remote scenes and the alarming control. Video transmission is based on the 2M rate channel. This system has been successfully used in electric power unattendant system of Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
    Under the basis of analyzing the traditionary and digital video monitoring system, and also according to the video monitoring sytem trade's criterion and user's material demands, this paper makes a total development and research of remote video monitoring system. The paper analyzes and expounds the H.261 and H.320 international Standards, using the standards to manage the video signals and resolves
    the key problem of remote video monitoring system------the remote transmission of
    video information. The paper detailedly expounds the monitoring system's working theory and system's function, brings forward the design of DVM-100 constructure, the frame of network and the design of monitoring software. At the same time, basing on the Shengzhou Electric Power Bureau's practical requirement, the paper brings forward an applied project of using the DVM-100 sytem on the Shengzhou Electronic Power System. The hardware and software technology adopted in the project solve the existing problems of the currently video monitoring system and the system gets good applying effect.
