哈尔滨都市圈城市化动力机制及其模式研究

摘要
中国正处于经济高速增长和城市化快速发展时期,都市区、圈将成为未来中国城市地域发展的主要形态,在此背景下,本文综合运用城市地理学、区域经济地理学、城市经济学、发展经济学等学科的理论和方法,借鉴国内外对都市区、圈发展研究的先进理论成果和实践经验,研究哈尔滨都市圈城市化动力机制和模式及其调控策略,对于响应东北老工业基地改造,促进区域经济发展、提高哈尔滨都市圈城市化水平,解决城市化发展面临的问题等具有十分重要的理论与现实意义。
本论文主要由四部分组成:
第一部分,在剖析都市圈涵义的基础上,合理界定了哈尔滨都市圈空间地域范围和内部圈层结构,同时对哈尔滨都市圈的基本概况及在东北亚、全国与东三省的地位进行了分析。
第二部分,对哈尔滨大都市圈现状、发展及空间结构特征分析,对哈尔滨都市圈城市化发展阶段进行了科学定位和系统分析。
第三部分,对城市化、城市化动力机制及其调控的概念内涵进行了论述,并对城市化动力机制的基础理论及基本原理进行了归纳、总结,以哈尔滨都市圈城市化动力机制的实证研究提供理论支撑,同时分析了哈尔滨都市圈城市化发展存在的主要问题。
第四部分,从系统、综合的角度探讨了城市化模式的构成及其内容,并指出了城市化模式设计的原则和应遵循的原理。同时,对哈尔滨都市圈城市化模式的影响因素进行了分析,在此基础上找出了适合哈尔滨都市圈的特殊的城市化发展模式。

This paper mainly by the four components:
The first part, the meaning of the Metropolitan Area Analysis on the basis of reasonable definition of the geographical scope of the Harbin City Circle space and internal layerstructure, the Harbin City Circle at the same time the basic profiles and in Northeast Asia, the Northeast and the status of the analysis.
The second part of the status quo Harbin Metropolitan Development and Analysis of Spatial Structure of the Harbin City Metropolitan Area development stage positioning and scientific analysis.
The third part of the city, urban dynamic mechanism and regulation of the content of the concept are discussed, and the dynamic mechanism of urban basic theory and basic principles were summarized, sum up, and Metropolitan Area city of Harbin dynamic mechanism AnEmpirical Study provide theoretical support, and it analyzes the Harbin City Metropolitan Area of thedevelopment of the existing problems.

本论文主要由四部分组成:
第一部分,在剖析都市圈涵义的基础上,合理界定了哈尔滨都市圈空间地域范围和内部圈层结构,同时对哈尔滨都市圈的基本概况及在东北亚、全国与东三省的地位进行了分析。
第二部分,对哈尔滨大都市圈现状、发展及空间结构特征分析,对哈尔滨都市圈城市化发展阶段进行了科学定位和系统分析。
第三部分,对城市化、城市化动力机制及其调控的概念内涵进行了论述,并对城市化动力机制的基础理论及基本原理进行了归纳、总结,以哈尔滨都市圈城市化动力机制的实证研究提供理论支撑,同时分析了哈尔滨都市圈城市化发展存在的主要问题。
第四部分,从系统、综合的角度探讨了城市化模式的构成及其内容,并指出了城市化模式设计的原则和应遵循的原理。同时,对哈尔滨都市圈城市化模式的影响因素进行了分析,在此基础上找出了适合哈尔滨都市圈的特殊的城市化发展模式。
