坑式静压桩在湿陷性黄土地区多高层建筑顶升纠偏中的技术研究

摘要
坑式静压桩作为一种地基托换加固新技术,其施工方法具有独特的优点。经过几十年的推广使用,目前在很多地区已经广泛使用,其使用范围也从单一的托换加固发展到纠偏、补强加固、临时支撑等工程。顶升纠偏加固技术是处理建筑物倾斜和恢复建筑物原来标高的一种好方法,其在自重湿陷性黄土场地的多、高层建筑纠偏工程中还应用较少。
     本文对坑式静压桩技术和顶升纠偏技术作介绍。坑式静压桩顶升纠偏技术作为一项新技术,目前仍有很多人不是很了解,该部分对坑式静压桩技术和顶升纠偏技术的发展历史、技术特点、自身优点、施工过程、适用范围、研究现状以及存在的问题作详细的研究。对坑式静压桩顶升纠偏技术在工程中的应用作全面的分析,对施工技术、施工组织技术进行技术经济比较,对施工方案进行分析和评价,对工程中出现的问题进行解释,研究其工程推广价值。
     本文对坑式静压桩的桩土共同作用进行分析。本文阐述了桩土共同作用理论原理,对坑式静压桩的桩周土体作弹塑性分析,把压桩过程中桩周土体的本构关系看作是水平面的平面应变小孔扩张问题,利用小孔扩张原理,结合弹性力学以及塑性力学的知识,对压桩后土体的性状进行分析,得出桩对土的挤扩作用力、桩周土体塑性半径、弹性区的位移,以及桩端球形孔扩张的扩张力。
     在计算分析方面,该部分用前面得出的公式计算出的单桩极限承载力与用有限元程序计算出来的数据进行对比,以及与载荷试验得出的单桩极限承载力进行比较,分析它们之间的差别以及造成的原因。
     本文的课题对坑式静压桩在西北黄土场地多、高层建筑项升纠偏中的推广应用具有很大的指导意义和工程实用价值,但同时,今后仍然需要做很多的工作来完善它,以便对工程具有更大的借鉴意义。
Pit-jacked pile is a new technique as building reinforces and it has some special advantages. This technique is widely used by many years' popularization. Now pit-jacked pile can be applied in some other projects such as correction, ground strengthening and temporary shoring. The reinforcing technique to rise to replace is a kind of good way for treatment building slant angle and recovering building originally true height, and it is less applied for high building correction to replace in loess soil.
    This paper introduces the technique about pit-jacked pile and building correction to replace by rising. As a new technique, few people are familiar with it. This paper will research the technique of pit-jacked pile and building correction to replace by rising, including its developmental history, technique characteristics, advantages, construction process, applied scope, present condition and existent problems in sphere. This paper on the technique in application in the engineering will make complete analysis, compare construction technique and construction structure technique by technique economy, analyze and appraise construction scheme, explain the problem appearing in engineering, study its engineering application value.
    This paper will expatiate the interaction theory in pile and soil, make elastic-plastic analysis for soil around pit-jacked pile. The process of penetration is regarded as expansion of cylindrical cavity in infinite soil mass. Combining with the knowledge of elastic mechanics and plastic mechanics, we may make analysis for soil around pile. And we may deduce the cylindrical cavity pressure, radius of plastic zone, radical displacement in elastic zone, and excess pore water pressure in soil around pile and spherical cavity pressure at the end of pile.
    
    
    In calculation analysis, computation procedure will be used to calculate the single pile extreme limit bearing power. Comparison analysis will be made on the single pile extreme limit bearing power between which tests get and which formulas compute, and analysis will be made on their differences and the cause of them.
    This thesis will play a very big leading role and have engineering practical value on pit-jacked pile rising to replace in the northwest loess. But at the same time, much work will need to perfect it, in order to draw much large lessons from the work to guide the practical engineering.
