区域交通网络分析方法研究

摘要
区域交通网络是布置在区域的各种交通运输方式的路段、节点及相应的附属设施所组成的复合体。区域经济持续、快速发展将对区域交通网络的布局、结构、功能等各方面不断提出新的要求。现代区域交通网络不仅是传统交通网络的升级换代,更是带动交通运输方式发生变革的设施平台,也是区域经济全面、协调、可持续发展的重要基础设施。在这个过程中,构成区域交通网络的各种交通运输方式的数量、种类、点线的类型、衔接关系以及与需求的匹配程度都需要明确。目前针对区域交通网络的系统研究成果尚不多见,对其相关基础理论和分析方法的研究成为必要。
     本文基于这个需求,结合实际科研项目,力图以系统的、发展的、辨证的观念为指导,把区域交通网络作为一个整体,立足于综合交通网络体系之内,进行其结构、功能等方面的较为系统的分析方法的研究,揭示区域交通网络内在的规律以及区域交通网络和区域交通需求的关系,把握区域交通网络的特征和发展机理,重点对区域交通网络组成要素、服务能力、结构优化、评价指标进行研究,并结合实际案例进行分析。本文研究内容主要包括以下5个方面。
     1.研究现状的概述及基本概念的辨析
     论文首先通过对相关研究成果和应用的了解,对国内外和区域交通网络相关的区域经济、区域交通、综合运输、交通通道、交通结构优化、交通网络分析等方面内容进行了总结,指出对区域交通网络进行系统分析研究的必要性;在这个基础上,论文立足综合交通网络整体,对区域交通网络基本概念进行了辨析,对区域交通网络环境进行了分析,以便更好地了解区域交通网络和外部系统的关系,拓宽区域交通网络分析研究的视野。
     2.区域交通网络结构分析和优化方法的研究
     对区域交通网络的结构、主要组成要素、节点和路段等部分进行了分析,建立了区域交通网络及其组成部分的表示方法;通过建立定性和定量结合的目标函数组合,建立了包括结构、性能、环境等5个方面的区域交通网络结构的多目标优化模型,为区域交通网络科学的定量分析提供方法参考。
     3.区域交通网络服务能力研究
     对区域交通网络本身的服务能力进行分析,建立了物理服务能力、相对服务能力、运用服务能力等概念及计算方法,为衡量区域交通网络的固有特性提供方法支持。
     4.区域交通网络评价的指标体系
     基于服务能力、当量网络密度、网络闭合度、可扩展性等几个指标的建立,从结构性能、服务质量等5个方面建立了区域交通网络的评价指标体系。
     5.实证分析
     结合实际区域,基于本文提出的思路和方法,对成都市城区路网、成都市域公路网、乐成绵交通走廊三个层次的区域交通网络进行了实例分析,提出了一些结合实际问题的建议,为成都市以及相关地区的区域交通网络的合理构建提供参考。
Regional traffic network is a complex of section, station or interchange, and corresponding subsidiary facilities of different kinds of traffic modes. Sustained & high--speed development of the regional economy will continuously raise new demands to the layout, structure, and function of the regional traffic network. Modern regional traffic network is not only the updating of the traditional traffic network, but also facilities' platform for the essential transformation of the traffic & transportation mode, and also important groundwork for the overall, coordinated, and continuous development of regional economy. In this process, quantity, variety, type of station or interchange, connecting relationships, and matching extent with the demands of different kinds of traffic modes forming the regional traffic network all need to be known. At present, the study about this topic is infrequent. So the relative research for the basic theory and analysis approach is necessary.
     Based on this demand, linked with practical scientific research item, guided with the systemic, developing and dialectic concept, the paper looks the regional network as a whole, in the comprehensive transport network, tries to study the analysis approach in the aspects, such as the structure, function and etc. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the inner rule of the regional traffic and the relation of it with regional traffic demand, grasp the character and development mechanism. The paper stresses the composition, service capacity, structure optimization, assessment index, and sample analysis of the regional network. The paper includes 5 parts.
     1. Summary of the status in quo and definitude of the basic concept
     First, by the survey of the research production and the application, the paper summarizes the relative study of the regional economy, regional traffic, comprehensive traffic, traffic corridor, traffic structure optimization, traffic network analysis, and points out the necessary to analyze the regional traffic network systematically. Then, the paper clarifies the basic concept of regional traffic network, analyses the regional traffic network environment, in order to know the relation of regional traffic network and outside system better, widen the vision of regional traffic network analysis research.
     2. Structural analysis and optimization method study
     The structure, main composition factor, the node and the section of the regional network are analyzed. The methods to the formal expression of the regional network and the compositive parts have established. Through establishing the objective function combined qualitative and quantitative means, the multi-objective optimization model of the regional traffic network structure is established, which includes the 5 aspects such as structure, performance and environment, offers method reference for the scientific quantitative analysis of the regional traffic network.
     3. Study on regional traffic network service capacity
     Based on the analysis on the service capacity of the regional traffic network, the concept and computational method of the physical service capacity, relative service capacity and applied service capacity are given, which offers method sustain to estimate the intrinsically performance of the regional traffic network.
     4. Assessment index system of the regional network
     Based on the foundation of the indexes of the service capacity, equivalent network density, network closure, expansibility, from 5 aspects such as the structural, service performance, the assessment index system of the regional traffic network is build.
     5. Demonstration analysis
     Combined with the actual project, based on the idea and method in the paper, Chengdu urban area highway network, Chengdu scope highway network, Le-Cheng-Mian traffic corridor are demonstrated. Some advice relative the actual problem is put forward, which offers the reference to rationalization of the regional traffic network of Chengdu and relative region.
