基于Agent的物流分拣系统建模与仿真

摘要
随着人们消费水平和消费意识的不断提高,人们对所购买产品的配送服务要求也越来越高。分拣系统是配送中心的核心,分拣作业也是配送过程中最繁锁、工作量最大的环节。对分拣系统进行合理地规划,可以更好地满足配送中心的作业要求和提高服务水平。
     本文以南京某物流配送中心的分拣系统为研究对象,采用Agent建模方法和UML统一建模语言相结合的建模手段,建立了该分拣系统各个作业环节的静态模型和动态模型。借助Flexsim物流仿真软件,作者完成了该分拣系统的计算机仿真,并验证了所建分拣系统模型的可行性和实用性。通过对仿真结果分析,找出了该分拣作业过程存在的一些问题,并提出了相应的改进建议。
     作者应用的将Agent与UML相结合的物流分拣系统的建模方法以及Flexsim仿真方法,同样适用于物流研究领域中其它具有随机、离散特征的动态系统,为同类物流系统的设计与评估提供了参考依据。
As well as the most cumbersome and time consuming link of logistics distribution center, sorting system is the core of distribution center. Reasonable allocation on sorting system plays a decisive role in meeting the requirements and improving service levels of logistics distribution center.
     Based on the combined Agent and UML, and taking the sorting system in a logistics distribution center in Nanjing as the research object, the author sets up the static and dynamic models for every operating procedures of logistic sorting system.
     Some operation procedures in sorting system are simulated with the logistics simulation software——Flexsim. The author finishes the computer stimulation of sorting system. According to the results of simulation, some problems are found and relevant improvement measures are put forward.
     The author puts forward the research approaches used to study the sorting system by Agent and Flexsim. Those approaches are also applicable to other dynamic and stochastic systems in the field of logistics, and provide a theory reference and practical foundation for designing and evaluating logistic system.
