论港口在现代物流中的地位和作用

摘要
现代物流是21世纪世界经济的一个新增长点,被称为“第三利润源
    泉”。在市场竞争日益激烈,企业经营困惑的今天,已引起各国企业及政
    府的广泛重视。
     七十年代至八十年代,日本产业界为克服石油危机,利用物流技术,
    在复苏经济、提升竞争力等方面做出了积极的贡献。在九七年亚洲金融
    风暴之后,人们又发现,以物流产业为重要支柱产业的国家或地区有较
    强的抗御经济危机的能力。因此,人们开始意识到物流不仅对微观企业
    有着特别的意义,而且对一个城市乃至一个国家的经济发展也有着非常
    重要的意义。
     我国改革开放二十多年来,交通运输事业得到空前发展,港口作为
    交通运输的枢纽和对外交流的窗口,在促进国际贸易和地区经济发展中
    的地位和作用越加明显。港口在整个物流体系中扮演的角色已不再是货
    物水陆换装的一个阶段,而是整个货物供应链中不可缺少的重要一环。
    港口对形成物流中心和信息中心的影响将有别于其它游离性的产业服
    务,并将付货人、承运人、收货人、代理人等汇聚成为一个综合性的物
    流信息服务网络。
     物流的控制能力往往体现一个地区的核心竞争力。控制物流就可以
    控制市场。深圳是新兴的开放城市,已明确提出物流作为三大产业支柱
    之一,深圳的港口怎样才能应对物流的发展变化?深圳港口怎样利用功
    能优势开展港口物流服务?深圳港口发展物流有怎样的对策?作者提出
    了有价值的观点、分析和思路。
Modern logistics is a new increasing point of world economy in the 2l~ century.
     It is called the third source of profit? Nowadays, the sharp competition of market
     and the puzzle about business management, make the governments and enterprises of
     many countries to pay more attention to logistics.
    
     From 1970s to 1980s, the industry circles in Japan , in order to surmount
     petroleum risk ?had made use of logistics technology , which had made active
     contribution to economic recovery and elevating competition ability in Japan. After
     1997's Asian financial crisis, people found again that in those countries and areas,
     where the logistics industry was taken to be the mainstay industry , had stronger
     resistance to economic crisis . So people come to know logistics has special
     significance not only to individual enterprises, but also to the economic development
     of a city even a country.
    
     The communication and transport industry of our country has been developed
     at an unprecedented rate during recent 20 years under reform and open policy. Port is
     the hub of communications and transport , and the window of foreign exchange. Its
     status and function become more obvious in promoting the development of foreign
     trade and region economy. Port acts not only a state of handling between shipping and
     land transport in logistics, but an important ring of the commodity supply chain , The
     influnce of harbour in becoming logistics center and information center is different
     from other free industrial service. It unites shipper, carrier, consignee and agent etc.
     to be a comprehensive logistics information service network.
    
     Controling ability of logistics always reflects the core competition ability . You
     can control market if you control logistics. Shengzhen is a new and open city, and
     clearly raises logistics as one of the three main industries. How do the ports of
     Shengzhen face the development and change of logistics? How do they make use of
     their function superiority to carry out logistics service of port? How do Shengzhen's
     port develop logistics? The writer raises valuable viewpoint, analysis and thinking.
