无线市话网络优化技术的研究和实施

摘要
在传统固话业务日渐萎缩的现状下,无线市话小灵通的及时出现给运营商带来了转机。但是由于其使用的蜂窝技术、TDM/TDD接入方式、频段高、基站和移动台发射功率小等特点造成了一些固有缺陷:室内覆盖效果差、切换频繁、易掉话。要使小灵通在竞争激烈的通信市场的夹缝中生存并发展壮大,科学的网络优化是关键。
     小灵通网络的维护重点已由最初的覆盖转为优化,而优化重点也将从减轻因这些固有缺陷造成用户的感受差入手,围绕小灵通网络优化的三大方面:覆盖、同步、干扰展开工作,结合用户投诉、网管数据、路测数据等综合信息,通过分析切换、掉话等多项数据进行全面的小灵通网络优化,提升网络运行质量的同时也使网通公司和用户有一个共赢的结果。
     本文从无线市话的技术特点出发,结合河南新乡的小灵通网络特点,从实际工作中找出网络存在问题,在优化理论的支持下列出典型案例,从案例的分析和解决中再丰富优化理论。在此期间除了常规的优化外,还有针对性地制定一些专用的及多样的优化方案:农村高塔基站的覆盖,没有基站控制器的区域基站安装,基站延伸器和直放站的补充使用等等。
     经过一年的精心优化,新乡小灵通网络的运行质量和性能指标有了很大的改善,综合指标排名由全省的末几位上升到前三位,与此同时用户对网络的感知度有了很大的提升,为公司的收入效益做出了很大的贡献。
Under the present condition that traditional telephone gradually depressing, the appearance of wireless city-phone (PHS) brings operator a turning point. But due to their characteristics as micro-cellular technology , TDMA / TDD technique , high-frequency band,the small radiation power of station and PS, result in a number of inherent defects: poor indoor coverage, frequent switching, easily drop call. For PHS surviving and developing in the competitive telecommunications market, a scientific network optimization is critical.
     The initial focus of PHS network maintenance has shift from coverage to optimization, and the emphasis of optimization would take up from reducing the bad feeling which caused by these inherent defects. With user's complaints,NMS data , drive testing and other comprehensive information, we work on three major areas of network optimization :coverage ,synchronization, interference. Through analyzing NMS data (handoff and dropped call and so on), conduct a comprehensive PHS network optimization. While upgrading the quality of network ,let the Netcom Corporation and users have a win-win results.
     This article introduces the PHS technical characteristics, with the PHS network features of Xinxiang in Henan , to find out existence problem of the network from actual work. In support of optimization theories listing typical cases, while enriching optimization theories in analzing and soluting the cases. During this period in addition to the conventional optimization , there are also special or various optimization programmes: coverage of the base station towers in rural areas, installing station where no CSC area, supplement uses of station stretcher and directly repeater station.
     Through a year of meticulous optimization , the quality and performance indicators of Xinxiang PHS network have been greatly improved, and the Composite Index has risen to the top three in the province from the ends of the rank. At the same time , the subscriber feel the network better a lot , while optimization contributing greatly to company's benifit.
