非创伤性股骨头坏死的中西医治疗研究进展

摘要
非创伤性股骨头坏死是骨科疑难症,其病因复杂,病程较长,致残率高。近年来由于激素的广泛应用,酗酒人群的不断增加等因素,临床上的发病率明显上升。如果早期不得到及时有效的治疗,就会使股骨头塌陷,关节间隙变窄,最后导致骨性关节炎,使病人髋关节功能障碍而致残。非创伤性股骨头坏死的治疗,目前仍是国内外的一大难题。本综述就是对近年来国内外学者用中医及西医等方法治疗非创伤性股骨头坏死的一个总结。
在非创伤性股骨头坏死的西医治疗研究进展部分,通过相关文献研究,从髓芯减压术,截骨术,骨移植术,髋关节融合术,人工关节置换术等方面进行论述。中医非创伤性股骨头坏死的认识方面,主要从内治法和外治法两方面进行论述。通过这两部分综述,对非创伤性股骨头坏死有了一个完整的认识,对其临床治疗有着重要的指导作用。
Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head is a difficult disease of orthopedic and it has complex etiology, longer course and high morbidity. In recent years, because of the increasingly widespread application of hormones, and alcohol abuse the increasing population and other factors, the incidence of clinically significant increase. If do not receive timely and effective early treatment, will enable the femoral head collapse, joint space narrowing, leading to osteoarthritis, the patients hip joint dysfunction and disability. The treatment of Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head, which is still a major problem at home and abroad. This review is the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years, methods such as using Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Non-traumatic Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head of a sum.
