基于可用性的移动流媒体视频点播业务的交互研究与设计

摘要
随着计算机网络和嵌入式计算技术的发展,各种便携式信息终端的出现极大地改善了人们的工作和生活方式,并已经成为人们的日常必需品。这种趋势之下,移动视频业务作为一项新兴应用服务蓬勃展开,并逐渐成为移动信息服务领域的主流业务。作为重要的交互式应用服务,基于流媒体的移动视频业务在交互界面设计尤其是可用性方面的研究受到越来越多地重视。用户对移动信息服务的交互需求从过去的功能实现进而发展到今天对用户体验和可用性的高度需求。
     本文的研究和设计重点在于用户信息收集、用户模型的建立、交互界面的用户测试和可用性评估以及高真度用户界面的设计实践,并取得了较好的成果。其中本文采用了迭代法对用户界面进行评估获得大量的反馈数据以服务于后续的设计、测试和评估,并通过后续工作的反馈结果反过来论证之前工作的有效性和可信度,另外本文在最后通过完整的交互界面设计实践验证了用户模型和交互线框图设计正确性,并示例了以可用性为基础的移动流媒体视频点播业务的交互设计方法和实践过程。
     本文涉及范围较广,包括用户测试与可用性评估、用户界面设计、无线网络连接技术、嵌入式系统、移动视频业务等等,对以可用性为基础的其它交互类个人移动信息终端业务均有参考价值。
In the development of computer network and embedded system technology, each kind of portable information terminal appearance has brought a huge change for people’s work and the life style, and they have already become the essential item for people. Accordingly in this current, mobile video which is the new application service is flourishing and it will become the mainstream service in the domain of mobile information service. Being an important interaction application service, mobile video service which is based on stream media obtains more and more attention in its interaction design especially usability research. Users’needs of mobile information service interaction develops from the past function realization into highly needs of the user experience and usability now.
     The emphasis of the research and design in this paper is user information collection for user model construction, and usability evaluation of interaction for high fidelity UI design. Finally, the UI design has obtained a good usability. We adopt the iterative evaluation to obtain plentiful data which could be reference for next design, test and evaluation, and we get the final feedback to validate the validity and reliability of reference which from previous evaluation. In addition, the whole UI design at the end of paper validate the correctness of user model and interaction wire frame, and give a demonstration of design method and flow of mobile stream media video service which is based on usability.
     This paper contains user test, usability evaluation, UI design, wireless network connection technology, embedded system, and mobile video service and so on. Also it is good reference for other interactive personal mobile information terminal services which are based on usability.
