铝箔亲水涂层底漆的研究

摘要
本文采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了具有反应性微凝胶核的核/壳结构丙烯
    酸酯乳胶底漆,着重考察了它的稳定性、耐碱性以及与面漆的协同性。研究了
    乳化剂的种类、配比及用量对乳胶底漆稳定性的影响,确定出合适的配比及用
    量,并采用复合引发剂来调节乳胶粒的形态结构;乳胶粘度的控制是不容忽视
    的重要方面,因此,我们对影响乳液粘度的诸因素,如中和剂的选择、中和度、
    壳层官能性单体的种类及含量等进行了研究,讨论了核内交联剂的种类、含量、
    壳层单体组成等因素对丙烯酸酯微凝胶乳液底漆稳定性及物理化学性能的影
    响,从对固化工艺参数的研究中筛选出理想的固化剂种类、固化温度和固化时
    间;最后对底漆与亲水面漆的协同效应也进行了初步的探讨,为铝箔亲水涂层
    体系的进一步开发开拓了研究思路。
In this paper, with semi-continuous emulsion polymerization, core-shell
     structured acrylate emulsion primer with a reactive micro-gel structure was
     synthesized. The stability and the alkali resistance of base coat, and also its
     coordination with top coat were emphasized. The influences of the sort of
     emulsifiers, their compounding ratio and their dosage on emulsion stability of base
     coat were studied, and fitful emulsifiers dosage and compounding ratio were
     established. The structure of emulsion colloid was adjusted by using compound
     activators. Controlling over viscosity of emulsion should be given attention to. So,
     the factors affecting the viscosity of emulsion, such as the choosing of
     neutralization reagent, the neutralization extent, the sort and dosage of functional
     monomer of the shell layer and so on, were taken into account. The choice and
     dosage of crosslinkers of the core layer, the monomer composition of the shell layer
     and curing condition, etc, which have effects on the stability and physicalehemistry
     property of the acrylate micro-gel emulsion were also discussed here. how base coat
     can coordinate with top coat having hydrophilic property was related to in the end,
     which establishes the clew of further research on hydrophilic coat of aluminum
     flake.
