网络组织中业务外包的供应商评估与运作模式研究

摘要
在当今的动态环境中,全球化、信息技术与电子商务的快速发展,产业界线与企业边界的模糊性,知识要素的上升等挑战,对企业资源与能力的整合问题以及传统组织理论提出了更严峻的挑战,以网络组织的形式寻求发展,实行外包是全球企业发 .展的战略方向之一。国内企业必须转变经营观念,积极推行外包战略,规范外包管理,提高企业竞争优势,也是其走向国际化的重要途径。本文以网络组织中供应商评估和业务外包的运作模式为研究内容,开展了以下几方面的工作:
    1.对国内外业务外包理论与实践进行了系统的分析,系统阐述了业务外包概念。分析综合业务外包领域的多种经典理论与研究成果,为整个论文的研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。
    2.系统开展了网络组织中业务外包的目标设计与业务外包运作模式研究,从内部、外包的驱动因素出发,分析了网络组织中业务外包的优势,提出了业务外包的运作模式。研究了以生产外包、销售外包、研发外包、管理外包等典型类型及其特征。
    3.提出了网络组织中供应商评估的总体框架,系统研究并构建了质量系统、经营系统、设计技术等八个方面的评估模型集,并提出了面向供应商评估和持续改善的实施流程。
    4.在网络组织中供应商评估的总体框架与指标体系的指导下,开展了相关的能力分析与计算模型的研究,开展了综合评价模型的研究。结合具体评估案例,给相关研究人员提供了理论和实践的参考。
    5.基于上述理论研究,开展了多供应商评价的应用研究,同时分析了国内企业以OEM方式参与国际制造业分工中存在的问题,并给出了相关建议。
The traditional company met much challenge with the rapid progress of Information Technology and Electronic Business. They must re-organize their resource& ability that OEM is the most important strategy base on network. It is also the important approach for Chinese company when they come to world market while they have to change their concept; push to OEM strategy; standardize OEM management to improve their competition. This paper has done research on the following fields:
     1. Review current international& domestic OEM theory,analyse the case of OEM, setup the foundation from theory for this paper.
    2 .Detail research on the OEM object’s design and the mode of outsourcing in network organization. analyses the advantage of OEM from outside and inside. Give out the mode and their typical character of OEM: Manufacturing OEM; Sales OEM; R&D OEM; Management OEM.
    3. Setup the frame on the Supplier’s evaluation in the network organization, study& work out the evaluation model from quality system; business system; technology system.....
    4. Study the ability& model under this frame, research the model in integration. Give some reference to related people from theory& experience.
    5 .Study multi-suppliers evaluation base on those theory. At the same time Analyse some problems from Chinese factory when they join world manufacturing competition and give some suggestion.
