摘要
提花织物花型预处理系统是提花织物CAD系统的重要组成部分。提花织物CAD系统利用计算机帮助设计人员进行提花织物设计,改善了传统的纹织工艺,大大提高了纹织工业的自动化水平。纹织CAD系统一般由扫描输入与分色模块、图像编辑模块、工艺处理模块和输出模块四个模块组成。本课题旨在增强浙大经纬纹织CAD系统提花织物花型预处理系统功能,对扫描输入与分色模块和图像编辑模块进行改进。
     本课题根据客户的需求,设计了一个基于多图层显示处理和矢量编辑绘图的提花织物花型预处理系统。主要从五个方面来增强提花织物预处理系统的功能:
     1) 在扫描输入部分,利用Delphi重新开发了符合扫描仪的TWAIN规范的扫描图像采集程序,增加了扫描预览功能,使得用户可以利用较小的分辨率对图案进行快速的扫描预览。
     2) 在颜色量化部分,对“变球法”颜色量化方法进行了改进,引入了人机交互,有效地改善颜色量化的效果。
     3) 在提花织物花型预处理系统中引入了矢量绘图系统。利用面向对象的组合模式设计了一个矢量绘图系统。
     4) 在提花织物花型预处理系统中引入了多图层处理功能。设计了一个多层显示控件,用于显示和管理图层,并同时支持位图图层和矢量图层。
     5) 在系统中引入了纹织图像矢量化的功能,用于将纹织位图图像转化为矢量图像。给出了一种纹织图像矢量化的方法,根据纹织图像的特点,利用链码法对图像色块的轮廓进行跟踪,然后利用最小二乘法对轮廓进行Bezier曲线拟合。
Jacquard Pattern Pre-processing System is an important part of Jacquard CAD System. Jacquard CAD system can help designer to design jacquard weaves. It improves the traditional jacquard technology and promotes the automatic level of jacquard industry. Generally speaking, Jacquard CAD system is made of four parts: Image scan input & image color quantization part, Image processing part, Jacquard technical part and Jacquard output part. The main purpose of this thesis is to enhance the Jacquard Pattern Pre-processing System of original JCAD system produced by Jinwei Automation Co., Zhejiang University, including the Image scan input & image color quantization part and Image processing part.Due to the customers' requirement, this paper put forward a Jacquard Pattern Pre-processing System based on multi-layer processing and vector editing. This paper enhances the Jacquard Pattern Pre-processing System from aspects as following:1) In Image-Input part, this paper provides a scanner Image-Acquire program in accordance with TWAIN specification developed using Delphi. And it is enhanced with scan preview function by which user can quickly scan the whole image in low resolving capability and can locate the area that is really wanted.2) In Color-Quantization part, this paper improves the original "Variable Ball'method, introduce an interactive method to improve the color quantization effect.3) Introduce vector editing system to Jacquard Pattern Pre-processing System, design a vector editing system using Object-Oriented Composite Pattern.4) Introduce multi-layer processing function to Jacquard Pattern Pre-processing System, provide a multi-layer VCL component to paint and manage layers, supporting bitmap layer and vector layer.5) Introduce R2V (Raster to Vector) function to Jacquard Pattern Pre-processing System, in order to change raster Jacquard image to vector image.     of changing Raster Jacquard images to Vector image based on the characters of jacquard imageThis method traces the contour of color blocks and then fit he contours by the Least-Square-Method using Bezier curves.
