物流中心功能区布局规划研究

摘要
近年来,我国物流产业蓬勃发展,特别是经过近二十年的发展,已成为我国经济发展的重要影响因素和众多地方的新兴支柱产业。各地纷纷兴建物流中心,以期通过资源整合和规模效应进一步发展物流产业,而现在国内物流中心布局规划仍处于探索阶段,尚未形成统一的方法,这就需要我们进一步研究和探索。
     物流中心功能的有效实现取决于合理规划和设计物流中心的内部布局,而功能区的布局是首要解决的问题。运用恰当的方法来实现各功能区的最优布局是物流中心规划建设的基础,也是进一步进行各功能区内部布局设计的前提。
     本论文在对布局规划理论与实践研究分析的基础上,将广泛应用于车间设施布局的系统布置设计方法(SLP)应用在物流中心功能区布局中。研究了物流中心功能区布局与中心内外交通设施、道路的关系。结合物流中心功能区布局的特点,将中心内外部交通作为一项重要因素加入布局规划中,对SLP方法进行改进,提出物流中心功能区布局系统设计方法的流程步骤。在分析外部交通设施与内部道路对物流中心功能区布局影响的基础上,构建了铁路物流中心功能区布局规划数学模型。最后将改进的SLP法应用一铁路物流中心布局规划案例中,通过栅格对布局区进行划分,简化了模型的求解难度,求解得出相对优化的布局方案,具有一定的参考意义。
In recent years, our country's logistics industry flourishes everywhere. Particularly, after nearly two decades of development, logistics has become an important factor in economic development, and become the important industries in everywhere. Many logistics centers are built,we hope to develop the logistics industry better through the integration of resources and the scale effect of the logistics center.But now the domestic logistics center layout planning has not yet formed a unified approach, which requires us to further research and explore.
     The effective realization of logistics center function depends on rationable planning and design of the internal layout. So planning the various functional-aeras layout is our chief problem to solve. Using appropriate method to achieve the optimal functional-aeras layout of the logistics center is the basis of building the logistics centers and also is the precondition for the layout of every facility or work-area in functional-areas.
     On the basis of analyzing the situation of layout planning researches, this paper choosed the Systemantic Layout Planning method(SLP),which is widely used in the layout planning of factory's workshop facilities or equipments,and applied it to functional-areas layout planning in the logistics center. It studied the relationship between the functional-areas layout and the interior/outer transportation facilities of the logistics center. Considering the characteristics of functional-areas layout in the logistics center, it took the traffic influence inside and outside the logistics center as an important factor in the layout planning.The SLP method was improved and the systematic process steps of logistics center functional-areas layout planning was proposed. On the basis of analyzing the influence of road transport facilities which inside and outside the logistics center, it built the mathematical model of the railway logistics center's function-areas layout planning. Finally, it applied the modified SLP method to a railway logistics center layout planning case, divided the area into several grids to simplify the difficulty of model's solving and obtained the relatively optimal solution.
