脉冲光源色度评价研究

摘要
随着脉冲光源在国民经济中的广泛应用,对它的各种光谱特性的测量研究工作也在飞速发展。由于脉冲光源自身特点的原因,决定了不能用普通的光源光谱测量方法对其进行测量。本论文提出了一种快速测量脉冲光源光谱特性的新型系统。
     在本系统研究中,采用新型的多通道光电探测器件——电荷耦合器件(CCD),并引入平场凹面光栅构成了多通道光谱分光系统——多色仪,从而为多通道快速光谱测量准备了物质条件。在完成系统设计之后,研制了高速数据采集电路,编制了一套控制、采集、分析软件。可以为脉冲光源的光谱测量研究工作提供一定的方法手段和理论依据。
     本论文共分七章。第一章,介绍了一下本课题的背景,分析了各种测量方法,阐述了光源测量的原理,引出了课题。第二章,论文详细地介绍了电荷耦合器件CCD的工作原理和驱动电路。第三章,对该系统进行了总体设计,同时对光学系统设计做了特别的介绍。第四章,介绍了系统的硬件电路设计,特别是高速A/D转换方面的原理和方法。第五章,介绍了系统的软件设计,提出了一系列控制、采集、数据分析的方法。第六章,说明了对系统进行波长校正、光度定标的方法和措施。另外,还对系统精度和实验结果做了详尽的分析。最后第七章总结了本论文所做的工作,提出了系统的改进方向。
     经过实际使用,本系统取得了满意的结果,能够满足脉冲光源生产单位的测试要求,达到了研究的预期目的。
With the wide appliance of pulse light source in national economy,the research of its spectrum has been advancing to a new stage. Because of the pulse light source's characteristics,it's no way to measure the spectrum with normal techniques which are used for ordinary light sources. In this paper,we described a system for fast measurement of the spectrum of pulse light source.
    In this system,we employed a newly developed multi-channel photodetector -CCD (charge coupled devices),as well as a concave holographic diffractive grating,to form multi-channel splitting system of spectrum - polychromator. These all solidified the foundation of the fast measurement subsequently. A set of high speed data collection circuits has been developed,and the software is also programmed for control,collection and analysis,after completing the system. Some methods and theory can be derived from this system for the spectrum measurement of pulse light source.
    This paper consists of seven chapters. In the first chapter the background of this task is introduced,and the principles of light source measurement are discussed. In the second chapter the elements of CCD are expounded,hi the third chapter the whole construction of measuring system is ascertained. The optical system is designed as well. In the forth chapter the hardware of system is introduced,especially the A/D conversion. In the fifth part,we introduces the software of system,such as parts for control,collection and analysis. In the sixth chapter the system is calibrated. A series of experiments are laid out in succession. The precision and error are ultimately analyzed. In the end,In Chapter Seven we summarize the work what has been done in this dissertation. The shortcoming of the work is pointed out and the further work is looked forward.
    The experiment results have proved that the measure system is of high accuracy. The research on pulse light source spectrum measurement has reached the anticipated demands.
