信息化在质量管理中的应用研究

摘要
传统的质量管理理论和方法侧重于结果,在过程的终端控制质量,这种方法起不到预防和控制作用,是一种事后控制的方法,无法预防和消除不合格现象。现代质量管理是基于过程管理的全面质量管理,它通过对从顾客的需求识别开始,将设计开发、采购、生产和服务运作、监视与测量等产品和服务形成的全过程统一起来进行管理,把质量管理的重点从单纯的事后检验转换到了事前控制,做到了防患于未然,形成了一个能保证稳定生产合格产品的生产经营系统,使质量管理从管理结果发展到管理原因、管理企业生产经营全过程上来。这种基于过程模式的质量管理对管理的手段提出了更高的要求,质量管理必须摆脱过去那种单纯的、单点模式的局限,实现真正全面、全过程的管理。
     信息技术的发展为质量管理带来了革命性的突破,当信息化这种载体出现后,全面质量管理理论将发挥更大的功能,基于现代信息技术的质量管理信息系统的应用使得产品形成全过程的质量管理成为现实。任何新技术的应用都必须有强大的理论研究作为其支撑,本文运用全面质量管理理论和管理信息系统有关理论,研究了构建基于现代信息技术的质量管理系统,它支持过程管理模式在质量管理中的应用,全文分为五个部分:
     第一章引言。本章阐述了论文写作的背景和意义。
     第二章研究问题的国内外现状。本章介绍了论文引用的有关质量管理的基本概念,对国内外质量管理研究和质量管理信息化的发展及现状系统的进行了论述。
     第三章基于现代信息技术的质量管理信息系统的基本框架结构研究。本章在分析了基于现代信息技术的质量管理的特点的基础上,对基于现代信息技术的质量管理信息系统的功能及基本框架结构进行了系统分析。
     第四章基于现代信息技术的质量管理系统应用研究。本章分析了过程管理方法的特点,提出了相应的实施模式,同时对质量功能展开(QFD)、实验设计(DOE)、失效模式和效果分析(FMEA)以及统计过程控制(SPC)这四种质量过程管理工具的集成以及基于现代信息技术的质量管理系统的空间分布结构进行了探讨,对质量管理系统的实施对策进行了系统分析。
     第五章结束语。本章是对全文的总结,指出了研究的主要结论,对未来的研究做了相应的思考和展望。
     本文的主要贡献在于丰富质量管理信息化的研究,从应用的角度对质量管理信息化进行部分探讨,对质量管理信息系统的应用具有一定的理论指导意义。当然本文只是从某几个角度进行了研究,深度也较为粗浅,还应该从更为广泛的角度继续进行深入的研究。
Traditional quality control theory and method are focused on results that mean to control quality in the end. This approach is a control method after the event which could not play the role of prevention and control and could not eliminate disqualification. Modern quality control is based on processing and whole process control, it begins at the customs identifications, merging and unifying design & development, purchase, production and service, monitor and test. The focus of quality control conversed from a simple post-test into pre-control that can thus be forestalled and forming a stable production of quality products and can ensure production and management system. It can change the development of quality control from the results of the management into manage reasons and the whole process of enterprise production. However, this process-based model of quality control needs to higher requirements. Quality control must move away from a simple point-to-point model to a truly comprehensive and whole process management.
     The development of information technology brings a revolutionary breakthrough of quality control. After informatization is appeared, the theory of comprehensive quality control will perform a great function. A whole process of quality control is becoming a reality with the aid of modern information technology. Any new technology must be supported by a strong theory research. Applying the theories of comprehensive quality control and manage information system, the thesis researches quality control system which based on modern information technology that can be used in the process manage model. The thesis is divided into five sections: ChapterⅠIntroduction This chapter describes the background and significance of thesis writing.
     ChapterⅡThe chapter researches the present situation in domestic and aboard. This chapter introduces basic concepts related to quality control, describes the research of quality control and the development of quality control information and current situation in domestic and abroad.
     ChapterⅢThe chapter investigates basic framework of quality control system which based on modern information technology. This chapter analyzed the characteristics and further analyzed function and the basic framework of quality control system which based on modern information technology.
     Chapter IV The chapter researches the application of quality control system which based on modern information technology. It analyzed the feature of process manage method, propose the implementation of relevant patterns, and the while, it discuss four quality process and manage integration tools, as well as the structure of space distribution, then analyzed the implement method of quality control system.
     Chapter V Conclusion This chapter is a summary of full text. It reaches main conclusion of study, and put forward relevant thoughts and prospect in the future research.
     This paper makes a contribution to enrich informatization study of quality control, and discusses the application of quality control informatization that will make some theory instruction to quality control information system. Certainly, this thesis only studied in few aspect, it need to further study in a deeper and broader perspective.
