基于三次设计理论的质量优化设计系统研究

摘要
三次设计理论是日本著名学者田口玄一博士于本世纪70年代创立的一种优化设计方法,其基本思想是用正交试验表安排试验方案,用误差因素模拟各种干扰,以信噪比作为衡量产品质量特性的稳定性指标,从而设计出质量上乘,成本低廉,性能稳定可靠的产品。
     但是三次设计理论在应用过程中存在设计流程复杂、统计分析数据多、计算量大,对设计人员本身数学能力要求较高等不足,在一定程度上,影响了理论的推广和应用。
     本文针对这些不足,利用可视化编程技术与数据库技术相结合,开发出了基于三次设计理论的质量优化设计系统。该系统以三次设计理论为基础,按功能进行模块化的构建,在一定程度上,实现了设计过程的可视化、数据管理的标准化和计算分析的自动化。同时,根据系统导航提示,可以有效地辅助使用者完成整个设计工作,使设计人员从繁杂的设计流程和计算中解放出来,更好地专注于对产品设计细节的考虑。
     在系统的开发中,采用了MATLAB与VB的混合编程技术,利用调用MATLAB的DLL文件实现了混合编程,大大提高了系统方程解算能力。此外,对系统模型通用计算进行了研究,利用Microsoft(R) Script Control技术,在一定程度上实现了数学模型的输入和计算。作者利用数据库技术解决了参数设计的内、外表直积法正交试验、设计方案优选等问题。同时,通过数据库编程实现了数据录入、修改、查询等管理功能,保证了数据的一致性、可靠性和准确性。作者还根据F分布计算公式,结合数值分析等相关知识,编写了F分布分位数计算程序,有效解决了数据统计分析中显著性检验的问题。
     文章最后,结合气动换向装置的优化设计应用实例,介绍了系统的功能、界面、操作使用方法,验证了本系统的实用性和有效性。
The three stage design theory is established in 70's in this century by Taguchi. It is a new method of optimization design. Its basic theory is to use orthogonal arrays, Imitates various interference with the error margin factor, and measures the stability sign of the product quality characteristic by SNR. By these, it will lead designers to finish design of product which the cost is cheap, the quality is best, the function is dependable.
     But the three stage design has some shortage in using,example design process complexity, statistical analysis and computation workload more heavier, the ability to design their own higher mathematics. To a certain extent, affected the development and application of the theory.
     In this paper,aim to this deficiencies, make use of visual programming technology and database technology,to make the quality optimization design system based on the three stage design theory.This system is based on the three stage design theory,to construct by the functions of modular, to a certain extent, realize the visualization of design process, the standardization of data management, the automation of analysis and computation.By cue of the system,user can be effectively supported to complete design work,to make designer be liberate from complex design process and computation,and better focus on the details of product design considerations.
     In this paper,use hybrid programming technology between MATLAB and VB by making use of DLL file,to greatly improve system capacity of the equation solving. Furthermore, general calculation model of the system have been studied,make use of Microsoft(R) Script Control technology to realize mathematical model of input and calculation. Author make use of database technology solve some problem,example the orthogonal design of two table acrossing,design result optimization.And by database technology realize the data management function,including the data entry,the data modification,the data query,to Ensure data consistency, reliability, accuracy. Yet expressions of F distribution and data analysis, programming programme of the F distribution median,to solve significant checkout in the Stat.analyse.
     In the end, make quality optimization design of pneumatic commutator as example,to introduce function,frame,how to using. Verify the availability and reliability of the system.
