营田公司业务信息流的规划研究

摘要
为了使企业快速响应市场,满足客户个性化需求。采用电子商务平台拓展企业的业务流程是重要一环,其实施效果己在部分世界级企业的应用中得到检验。如何将企业ERP(企业资源计划)与电子商务融合,使企业ERP信息流与电子商务信息流实现无缝对接,是需要认真研究的课题。
     为了使营田公司能够很好地适应新的电子商务环境和新的运营方式;使营田公司与供应商之间的采购活动,通过电子商务平台来进行招标、竞标;使营田公司与及养殖事业部的养猪大户之间,以及与养殖事业部的“公司+农户+期货”系统之间,通过“电子商务平台”来进行订单生产、订单销售;本文对营田公司信息流进行了重新规划。
     本文首先叙述了信息流的有关理论。特别阐述了供应链环境中信息流的特点、内容、控制、表示方法。
     随后运用信息流的有关理论,对营田公司的原材料采购业务流程、饲料销售业务流程、营田公司与养殖事业部间的业务流程进行分析;并对其所附的信息流(采购信息流、销售管理信息流、营田公司与养殖事业部间的信息流)进行了详细的归纳和梳理并用PetriNet图表示信息流。在此基础上分析营田公司信息流存在的问题,对销售、采购等信息流进行调整与规划,借助电子商务平台拓展了营田公司的业务信息流和有关业务流程;并对调整后的优势加以评价。
     最后,介绍了营田公司电子商务平台的实施方案,利用WebService技术实现业务流程和信息流的整合。
In order to make the enterprises the timely response of markrt and the individuating demand of the client. It is an important step introducing the plat of economic commerce to develop the operating flow of the enterprise. The effect of economic commerce as a key circle have been proved in application of some world-class enterprise. Thus, how to seize the market chance to speed the pace of inosculating enterprise ERP and economic commerce and how to connect the information flow of ERP to the information flow of economic commerce with no joint is a problem which needs to be studied seriously.
     The information flow of yingtian corporation is reseached in this paper, In order to make yingtian corporation adapt the new environment of economic commerce and the new marketing method, and purchase feeding material from providers in the way of the inviting public bidding and the competitive bidding on the plat of economic commerce, and put the order form producing and sales into practice on the plat of economic commerce with the pig-breeding clients.
     This paper firstly introduces the relative theory of the information flow , as well as the characteristic、the content、the control and the express method in the supply chain enviroments are expatiated on.
     In the following parts, the operating flow of the material purchase、feeding sales and the flow between yingtian corporation and breeding department are analyzed using the theory of the information flow. These information flow attached those operating flow get concluded and expressed into PetriNet charts. Based on them ,the problem of the information flow in the yingtian corporation is found and adjusted. The operating flow and the information flow in the yingtian corporation is developed through the plat of economic commerce. we evaluate the effect after adjusting the information flow of the ERP system in the yingtian corporation.
     At last, an scheme is introduced to actualize the economic commerce system of yingtian corporation. The operating flow and the information flow in the yingtian corporation is inosulated with the technology of Web Service.
