多媒体数字录像监控系统几大关键技术的设计与实现

摘要
近年来,随着计算机网络与通信技术、多媒体技术的快速发展,传统的监控系统也不断向着新的发展方向进行着不断的更新与发展。进而出现了结合计算机网络技术、多媒体技术及通信技术的多媒体数字视频监控系统。本课题的目标是设计一个功能完备的多媒体数字视频监控系统。
     多媒体数字录像监控系统是基于多媒体技术研究出来的一种全新监控平台,该平台集中体现在多媒体监控系统的视频数字化、系统的网络化、应用的多媒体化、管理的智能化,充分体现了现代信息技术与监控技术的有机结合。与传统的监控系统相比,基于PC机和计算机网络的多媒体数字录像监控系统大大提高了图像质量和监控效率,并能进行可靠的网络传输。
     本文在计算机多媒体技术和网络技术的基础上分析了多媒体数字录像监控系统相关技术视频采集、数据编码等的基本原理,介绍了实时传输协议,提出了多媒体数字录像监控系统的硬件结构和软件结构。分析了各个重要的软件模块的功能,并重点介绍了数据循环存储、报警联动录像、网络监控这三大关键技术的具体设计与实现。
     通过系统的调试,由我担任组长的开发小组所开发的MS301多媒体数字录像监控系统具备了较好的功能和稳定性,已经作为产品应用于多家银行的数百个营业网点,并获得了客户的一致好评。该项目目前已通过四川省科技厅的成果鉴定,确认该项目成果已具有国内领先水平。目前,项目成果正在申报四川省科技进步二等奖。
With the rapid development of computer network and communication technology and multimedia technology, traditional monitor systems have greatly developed towards a new developing direction these years. Multimedia Numeric Video Monitor System (MNVMS) then appears, which is a combination of corresponding technology mentioned above. Our task is to design such a system with full functions.
    MNVMS is a new monitor platform based on the multimedia technology, and it also brings more digitalization, network and multimedia technology and intelligent management to the monitor system. It fully incarnates the combination of the new information technology and monitor technology. Compared with the traditional monitor systems, MNVMS based on PC and computer network greatly improves the quality of the images and the efficiency of the system, it also can reliably transfer the data through the Internet.
    This thesis expatiates the relative theories of MNVMS such as motion video capture, data code and real-time transport protocol based on the technology of multimedia and computer network. Then the hardware and software models of MNVMS are presented. It analyses the function of each software module, and expressly introduces designing and implement of three important technology: cycled data storage, alarm recording , network monitor.
    By debugging the system, the developing team's production - "MS301" MNVMS has good functions and good stability. At present, "MS301" MNVMS has been applied at hundreds of bank and win client's praising. This project has passed detailed appraisal of Science Office Of SiChuan Province, and was estimated that it has reach top level. At present. This project is applying for second award of Science Advancement of SiChuan Province.
