基于数据集成的宿舍服务管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
近年,随着信息化技术的不断发展完善,社会信息化已成为一个趋势,而高校的信息化建设在逐步的完善中,宿舍管理做为最贴近学生的校园服务,由于其业务的复杂,数据的庞大而非常需要信息系统提供强有力的支持。但是由于在信息化建设的初期中,只是单纯的进行各个单独业务点的信息化,缺乏统一的规划和设计。因此,信息化建设中只能够针对业务的关键步骤进行业务信息化升级,而对于业务数据的初始化、其他相关联业务的数据共享、跨硬件技术或跨IT技术的数据流传缺无能为力。为了解决宿舍管理系统中受以上条件限制而无法为学生提供更多人性化服务的问题,需要开发统一高效的数据集成系统,来支撑平台化的校园宿舍管理系统。
     针对现在高校学生宿舍管理中主要的业务,通过采用ETL数据集成方法,本文致力于设计实现综合统一的宿舍管理系统,将教务系统的学生基本信息;学工系统的学生工作信息;房屋资产系统资产信息;校园一卡通门禁系统等各个系统统一集成起来。利用数据集成模块,完成了宿舍管理系统的学生基本信息导入,学生班级信息导入,学生宿舍分配,宿舍管理门禁信息的下发等信息、流转,将围绕整个宿舍系统业务的所有业务信息集成整合。本文在完成宿舍管理系统的建设同时,为构建校园数据集成平台,整个校园信息化建设提供了一种新的尝试模式。

Hostel management system in order to solve the above conditions can not be to provide students with more personalized services, the need to develop integrated and efficient data integration system, to support the platform management system of the campus dormitory.
     Dormitory Management for now the main business, through the use of ETL data integration methods, this paper designs to achieve an integrated and comprehensive management system for dormitories, the academic system, the basic information for students; school students who work the work of information systems; housing assets system assets information; campus card access control system integrates the various systems uniform. Using data integration module, complete the dormitory for students of basic information management systems to import, the students class information import, distribution of student hostels, dormitory management access to information and other information issued by circulation, will be around the entire quarters of all business information systems integration business integration. In this paper, the completion of construction of hostel management system at the same time, the data integration platform for building the campus, the campus information technology provides a new attempt to model.
