黑龙江省高校科研项目申报综合管理系统的分析与设计

摘要
随着网络化、信息化进程的不断加速,我省科研项目的网络管理工作面临着任务量逐年增加、信息量不断增大、复杂程度不断提高等问题。通过运用现代网络和计算机技术,构建更加高效、更为实用的科研管理平台,实现申报管理工作网络化,可以有效地缩短申报时间、简化了申报过程,极大的提高工作效率。
     本文以实际科研项目申报与管理工作为基础,设计并实现了一个专用于黑龙江省高校科研项目申报与管理的综合管理信息系统。
     首先,通过深入调研省教育厅科研机构、高校科研处以及部分教师,对系统需求进行分析:从项目筹备阶段、申报阶段、审查阶段、审批阶段、项目结项整个项目执行过程进行功能性需求分析,同时从用户方面对系统的界面要求、系统的响应时间、稳定性、安全性、标准化等方面进行非功能性需求分析。
     然后,根据需求分析,设计系统总体架构,分别从技术架构、业务架构两个方面阐述了系统的总体设计思路,并给出了详细的系统架构用例图。系统采用B/S模式,即浏览器/服务器模式提供服务,用户只需要有一台可以接入互联网的电脑,就可以使用系统自带的浏览器访问系统,进行项目申报、管理等业务。
     接下来对网上申报系统进行详细的分析与设计。在开发设计中,系统划分为四个主要的功能模块:用户模块,校级管理员模块,系统管理员模块,输出模块。按照系统功能模块的划分,通过Use Case模型的表示,详细介绍了用户模块、校级管理员模块、系统管理员模块的具体实现过程,并给出输出模块的设计思路和具体的实施方法。同时,在系统设计中也充分考虑到用户不能越权操作权限外的其他功能,严格控制用户的使用权限,采取相应的措施防止用户越权操作。
With the acceleration of network and information process, the network management of research projects in our province is facing with some problems, such as increasing task, increasing amount of information, increasing complexity and so on. Through using modern network and computer technology, to build more efficient, more practical research management platform, and present network management, could effectively short the declaration time, simplify declaration process, and greatly improve work efficiency.
     Based on the actual declaration and management of research projects, a comprehensive management information system applied for Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province scientific research project was designed and implemented in this paper.
     After intensive investigation of provincial education department and scientific research institute, science and research division of university, the system demand was analyzed. The functional demand was analyzed through the entire process of project implementation:project preparatory stage, declarate stage, reView stage, approval stage and project post stage. The nonfunctional demand was analyzed from the user requirements about interface, system response time, stability, security, standardization and so on.
     Then the collective system architecture was designed based on the system demand analysis. The collective system design idea was described from the technical architecture and business architecture. The detailed system architecture using case diagrams were also given. Browser/Server Model was used in the system. Only one computer with Internet access, the user can access the system to declare project, to management and do other Services.
     Then the on-line declaration system was designed and implemented in detail. In the development and design, the system was divided into four main functional modules:the user module, the regional administrator module, the system administrator module and the output module. According to the division of system function modules, through the representation of Use Case Model, the specific implementation process of the user module, the regional administrator module, the system administrator module was introduced in detail, the design ideas and specific implementation methods of the output module was also presented. Meanwhile, taking into not do the things beyond their power, some measures were taken, the user permissions was controlled strictly in the system.
