全IP应用卫星通信网络管理控制系统的设计与实现

摘要
近年来随着卫星通信技术的迅猛发展,卫星网的建设工程越来越多地应用到很多领域中,在军事和民用通信中发挥着重用的作用。在卫星网通信研究领域中,如何选择卫星通信技术体制、定义支持的业务和业务接入方式、规划卫星资源应用策略、保证服务质量,是该领域研究的重要内容。本文以某卫星通信网工程项目为背景,研究和讨论了全IP应用卫星通信网络管理控制系统的设计与实现问题。
     本文紧密结合工程实际需求,主要研究了某FDMA/DAMA卫星系统中的网络管理控制系统,该控制系统中所有实际业务均采用基于IP接入。论文为网络管理控制系统提出了可行的总体框架方案,分析了网络管理控制系统的基本工作流程,深入讨论了多项关键技术。本文的主要工作有:
     (1)研究和讨论了网络管理控制系统和网络管理中心的功能体系结构,给出了该网络管理控制系统的设计方案;
     (2)分析了实现该系统软件的关键技术,重点讨论了纯ALOHA体制的申请保证技术,并对该技术进行了仿真试验;
     (3)在开发卫星网络管理控制系统中,设计和实现了网络管理中心人机界面软件,满足了该系统的应用需求。
     本文研究和讨论的网络管理控制系统经过了严格的测试,运行稳定可靠,为将来类似卫星通信系统的设计和建设提供了一定的思路和参考经验。
In recent years, with the rapid development of satellite application technique, satellite network building projects have been widely applied in many fields and play an important role in both military and civilian communication. In the study field of satellite communication, the important research contents are how to choose technologic system of satellite communication, to define available operations and entrance modes of operations, to program satellite resource application strategy, and to ensure quality of service. Based on some satellite communication network project, the problem of how to design and realize the network administration and control system for a full-IP application satellite communication system is studied and discussed.
     According to the actual demand of the project, the network administration and control system for some FDMA/DAMA satellite system is mainly studied in this paper. To connect into the network administration and control system, all of the actual operations are all IP mode. In this paper, the available collectivity frame scheme for the network administration and control system is provided, and the basic working flow of the system and the key techniques are analyzed. The main content of this paper is outlined as follows:
     (1) The function architecture on both the network control system and network administration center is studied and discussed. The design of network administration and control system is provided;
     (2) The key techniques about how to realize the system software are analyzed. The application ensureness technique is discussed for Pure-ALOHA system, and the simulation test is given.
     (3) The user-machine interface software of network administration center is designed and realized, which satisfied the application requirements for the network administration and control system.
     The network administration and control system is studied and discussed in this paper. It has been tested under the strict conditions. The results show that the system can run steadily and reliably. The research in this paper can provide some stated ideas and consultable experience for future similar system's design and realization.
