北京市宅急送公司管理信息系统项目计划及控制研究

摘要
当前,科技信息技术飞速发展,市场竞争越来越激烈,企业规模越来越大、业务越来越广,这导致现代企业要求更为先进、多功能的信息系统以满足企业的发展需要。宅急送快递企业快运有限公司作为中国快递行业的典型代表,其业务的不断扩大,企业认识到要从传统的配送模式转变为现在的配送模式,必须把投入放到信息化上,传统的物流信息系统已经不能满足当前业务的需要,企业亟需一套现代化的物流管理信息系统来保证公司的高效运行。因此,北京市宅急送公司管理信息系统的高效开发和实施,保证软件系统的如期交付和高质量应用,将成为本课题研究的最终目标。
     本文针对北京市宅急送公司管理信息系统系统项目的计划、组织、控制等管理过程展开研究。运用项目管理中的进度计划控制理论,阐述了进度计划管理的特点和进度控制依据的原理;应用网络计划技术,如关键路径法和计划评审技术等分析北京市宅急送公司管理信息系统项目的计划和进度管理。
     本文在对北京市宅急送公司管理信息系统项目背景深入分析的基础上,阐述了项目计划和控制管理在北京市宅急送公司管理信息系统中的必要性,然后研究了计划和控制管理方法在北京市宅急送公司管理信息系统的选择和应用,最后针对软件系统项目管理中存在的问题提出了解决的对策。
At present, with the rapid development of information technology, increasingly fierce market competition and the increasing scale and business of enterprise, more advanced and multi-functional information system is required in modern enterprises to meet the needs of business development. Therefore, software development has been the last people go it alone in the workshop-style development approach evolved into the development team approach. In general, software development is high-risk and low success rate, So people have been working to improve this situation. So far we have seen a lot more practical development methods and tools. But with the growing customer demand and expanding software scale, the plan and control of software development are becoming increasingly important. In other words, project management of software development is imperative.
     Using the management information systems software development of ZJS Express Co., Ltd. as an example, on the basis of current status of project development, this paper combine development concept of software engineering with modern project management thinking, control and plan software projects of the company's management information system, to ensure the successful completion of system projects. In this study, through in-depth analysis, a model of software project management is proposed. The model integrate software engineering and project management strengths, overcome week plans and poor process control of the software engineering, improve overall level and development efficiency of the software development project management. Therefore, this development model on the one hand helps to improve level of the software development, on the other hand contribute to completely meeting customer satisfaction. Management information system project of ZJS is based on the idea of project management to plan, organize, coordinate and control, the development of business success or failure directly affects the smooth development or not. This paper will systematically study specific methods in the software project planning control process to provide reference for software companies who implement software project management.
     ZJS Express Co., Ltd. Which is a typical representative of the Chinese express delivery industry is a private joint-stock company with professional parcels delivery in China. With stead development, the traditional management information system has been unable to meet current business needs. The company has recognized that the traditional management information system need be improved Not only in using the telephone, fax and other traditional means, but also the use of advanced ERP, Web, GPS, bar code and other information tools to transform business processes to raise business performance. Therefore, with the fierce competition of domestic and international express delivery companies, ZJS have to develop a scientific and reasonable management information system.
     Because of the large scale, widely distributed services, the development of management information system is difficult. So the introduction of the method of modern project management to the development of company's management information system is of the great significance. Implementing all tasks, step by step and planed, in accordance with the requirements of the project management in the software development process is the key of system project to success. The company efficiency and integration force will be improved through the implementation of project management of management information system to ensure the company's system run timely and smoothly.
     The management of software project is to keep the cost, plan and quality in the same with the schedule, and is the activity of analysis and management of cost,staff,plan,quality and risk. The software measurement, workload escheatment, project layout, plan control, changement of demand and risk management are the direct factors. The project management is the key to the software development. Now theory analysis and practice research are carried out with the project planning and control of the management information system of ZJ from plan arrangement and control.
     Based on this, the paper starts from project planning and control of the management information system of ZJS and applies software project management theory to the specific company practice with the objective of providing real information for the practical application of project management software.
     The thesis includes five chapters. The first chapter of the thesis study the background and basis,current situation and significance,content and framework of research. The current situation of management research of software development project in domestic and foreign has been reviewed and prospected. The application prospects of management planning and control in management information system project of ZJS has been elaborated preliminarily. And the background of this project has been introduced first in chapter 2, and then demand of MIS has also been analyzed for the company. It is proved to be on the edge of the planning and control management in the project after the importance of the planning and control management. In the chapter 3, schedule planning has been discussed sisterly and roundly. he article clarified the developing process of the project of ZJS: determined the project objective, organizational structure, project milestones; decomposed the WBS work; determined the relationship between the works; estimated the workload, worked out project plans and human resource planning; analyzed the project cost. In this chapter, the authors chose and analyzed the schedule planning management methods based on the project of ZJS. By using and comparing with Gantt charts, network diagrams, PERT and critical path methods, the study provided the evidence for the final planning control the optimal model. The chapter 4 detailed the study of the process control of system implementation. The progress control and quality control, cost control are all studied in depth according to the characters of the project of ZJS. At last, the author evaluated of the operation of the project of ZJS and some valuable suggestions were given for the future research.
     The results of this research are blow: first, it is better to make the plan in reason. We decide to choose the matrix organist as the structure of this project in order to insure that every person in this team is clear of the responsibilities and rights. Seconded, the plan schedule must be control effectively in order to keep the work in run with plan. It is also a useful tool to shorten the time and sometimes needed to change the plan according to the present facts. The last one is the use of computer tools because they are useful to make plan and control management. The project of Software Company is one of these tools. It can be used to decompose the projects, fix on the relationship, and calculate the time, protract the network map and check the plan for shortening the time and lessen the difficulty.
